Liam Payne's visibly upset girlfriend was spotted for the first time since the One Direction star's funeral last week.
American Kate Cassidy, 25, appeared solemn as she ventured out in London a few days after Liam's burial, reports the Mirror. She was seen grabbing a coffee as she braved the chilly weather in England's capital.
Dressed in a large white fluffy coat and dark jogging trousers, she clung to her phone as she made her way to a cafe. Kate had her hair tied back for the solo outing.
She appeared tearful as she took a moment to reflect while picking up a pastry snack. The photos, otained by Daily Mail, emerge days after Liam was laid to rest in Buckinghamshire on November 20.
The singer tragically passed away at the age of 31 on October 16 after falling from a third-floor balcony in a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Those closest to the star, including Kate and his ex Cheryl Tweedy, who is the mother of his seven year old son Bear, attended the service to bid their final farewells.
Liam's former One Direction bandmates Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, and Zayn Malik were all present at the service.
Following the tragic demise of the singer, three individuals have been charged after a post-mortem examination disclosed he succumbed to multiple injuries resulting in an "internal and external haemorrhage".
A toxicology analysis indicated Liam had antidepressants and cocaine in his bloodstream at his time of death this being despite him having abstained from drugs just days earlier.
Kate had accompanied Liam to Argentina shortly before his passing. They were present at a concert by Niall in the Argentinian metropolis, while Liam frequently posted glimpses of their escapades on social media.

His partner returned to their Miami residence on October 14, whilst Liam remained to extend his US visa. Prior to his untimely passing, Kate had shared her motives for departing ahead of him.
Reflecting on this on social media, she described feeling it was overly prolonged to remain in the country. In a TikTok video uploaded before Liam's death, Kate admitted: "I was so ready to leave.
"Love South America, but I hate staying in one place for too long and we were supposed to be there for five days, turned into two weeks and I was just like, 'I need to go home.'".
Two days following his passing, Kate issued a statement expressing her "unconditional" love for him. Sharing on Instagram, she confessed to being "at a complete loss" and pledged to continue loving him "for the rest of my life".
Liam and Kate initiated their relationship in 2022. Their first public appearance was in coordinated Halloween costumes that same year, with Kate emulating Pamela Anderson and Liam donning a Tommy Lee outfit.
