Liam Payne's girlfriend Kate Cassidy's bombshells as she shares notes he left her

In their two-year romance, Liam Payne and his girlfriend Kate Cassidy built a treasury of joyous moments – but their trip to Argentina was tragically cut short.

Liam plummeted from his hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, succumbing to egregious injuries described as "very serious injuries incompatible with life", ending his young life at just 31. The tragic incident has led to a deluge of tributes from heartbroken fans who cherished Liam since his beginnings as a teenage X Factor contestant.

The grief extends to 25 year old Kate Cassidy, whom Liam adored deeply. He vigorously defended her from detractors who cynically suggested she was in the relationship for financial gains, once affirmatively stating, "I've never felt a love like I do for Katelyn."

Kate disclosed that Liam had plans to propose, revealing on Instagram a poignant note he had written before his untimely death – a note that told of the future they dreamt of yet will now remain unfulfilled. She shared how Liam instructed her not to read it immediately, waiting for the right moment while they both envisaged the lives they would share.

Sadly, this future has been irrevocably altered, reports the Mirror.

Kate shared a heartfelt message: "A few weeks ago, we sat outside on a beautiful evening manifesting our lives together. I keep your note close, even though you told me not to look at it. It said, 'Me and Kate to marry within a year/engaged and together forever 444'. Liam, I know we'll be together forever, but not in the way we had planned. You'll always be with me. I've gained a guardian angel."

She added: "I will love you for the rest of my life and beyond, carrying our dreams and memories with me everywhere I go. Forever yours, Katelyn 444."

In numerology, the number 444 is seen as an angel number, symbolising guidance, support, and love from angels.

Before his unexpected passing, he shared a video on social media showing himself and the 25 year old influencer enjoying breakfast, captioned: "Lovely day in Argentina [love heart emoji]."

The clip featured Kate waving and discussing their lazy mornings, saying, "we sleep in everyday until 12, we're such losers," to which Liam responded with a simple "No" and a giggle.

However, their time together in South America was cut short as Kate chose to return to Florida. She expressed on TikTok that her stay in Argentina was beginning to feel overly extended before the tragic incident occurred.

She expressed her frustration, saying: "I was so ready to leave. Love South America, but I hate staying in one place for too long and we were supposed to be there for five days, turned into two weeks and I was just like, 'I need to go home.'" Despite her eagerness to depart, Liam decided to remain at the hotel, and tragically, around 48 hours later, he was found dead. In what has been described by a friend as akin to a 'hostage situation', Kate's stay in Argentina seemed less than ideal.

Speaking to the New York Post, an anonymous friend revealed that Kate had fears Liam would spiral into a bender after she left, yet she felt compelled to return due to other commitments. The source said: "She can't leave, or else who knows what will happen? And if she leaves, what will he do? But she has other responsibilities, other things that she's supposed to be doing. So she finally had to make a decision."

They added: "They're in Argentina and it's like a hostage situation. So she tells him she wants to leave, this is after a week. He begs her to stay. She keeps extending her trip, a day, two days. And he just wants her to stay, stay, stay."

"I get what people are saying, that she should just stay with her rich, famous boyfriend, but she wanted to be home in her own bed with her dog. She wanted to come home. So eventually she says she's going home."

Just hours before his tragic fall from a Buenos Aires hotel balcony, the singer's move to reach out to two women via an Argentine website has cast light on the personal battles he was potentially dealing with before his untimely passing. In Argentina, Gemidos is a notorious portal where numerous women advertise their companionship, complete with photos and explicit detail.

According to reports, these revelations have left Liam's partner, Kate Cassidy, feeling deeply "betrayed" and wounded.

The Daily Mail has covered that after being questioned by the police, the two escorts—who confirmed they are sex workers—alleged they spent time with the musician prior to his death. The pair, recruited through the CasaSur hotel's online services, reportedly drank with Liam but denied partaking in any narcotics.

An insider revealed to Clarin, an Argentine newspaper, that: "The witnesses were co-operative, not only in their statements but also in offering access to their phones."

It's been told that the women arrived at the Argentinian establishment around 11.30am, only departing near 4pm, justifying their prolonged visit with a claim of unpaid services. Alarmingly, barely more than an hour after they left, at 5.07pm, Liam's demise was officially recorded.

Amidst this turmoil, a supposed confidante of Kate shared her reaction with The New York Post: "She just has heard about the prostitutes. She knew nothing about that. She just said she has to wrap her mind around it."

The source conveyed: "That's obviously a huge betrayal to her, and that hurts a lot. She hasn't stopped crying. She's devastated. She's got a good support system around her, but this just went from bad to worse. She's not OK."

They added: "She has a few people around her, including family members. She's not alone. She's responsive to me and our other friends. We'll all help her however we can."

In the weeks leading up to his untimely death, Liam and Kate had welcomed a new furry friend into their life, fostering a dog from an animal rescue. A month prior to his tragic accident, they had brought home Nala, a lovable dog they hoped to give 'a second chance'.

Liam shared with his followers: "I really love her. She is so cute. She is a tiny new member of the family for a while. We're going to foster her for a while and get her really nice for a loving family I think. But we might be the nice family."

Kate remarked: "We did a meet and greet with three different dogs and this one fit us best. She's so sweet. She's only four months old. She was abandoned by her previous owners and dumped at the shelter. We wanted to give her a second chance and a better life."

Additionally, Liam was already the companion of another pet named Stan, which he had adopted back in February. Announcing his new furry family member on Facebook, the devoted animal enthusiast wrote: "Welcome to the family, Stanley! Our hearts are bigger with you in it."

This week, pictures surfaced of a devastated Kate spotted buying dog food, in one of the first public appearances since the tragic death of Liam.
