Lil Tjay Drops 'No Smoking' Merch Amid Plaqueboymax Lawsuit Threat

Lil Tjay may have landed himself in hot water after PlaqueBoyMax revealed he's considering suing him for using his likeness to create a "No Smoking" t-shirt.

Earlier this week, the rapper showed off a hoodie with a picture from their viral moment where Max asked him and Fivio Foreign to stop smoking their blunts while joining his stream inside an Airbnb rental. Tjay took off his jacket while dancing to his and Fivio's diss track aimed at Max, mentioning the viral moment to show the logo.

In the caption, Tjay wrote that the t-shirt version of the hoodie is on sale worldwide and directed his followers to the store website in his TikTok bio. The merch labeled "No Smoking" is $45 for a t-shirt and $75 for a hoodie. The merch labeled "No Smoking Indoors" is for the same price. You can cop here.

Later, during a stream, Max viewed the TikTok post and let his followers know he would file a lawsuit against Tjay for selling the merch using his image without his permission.

"Lil Tjay, I'm suing the shit out of you," said Max. "I'm taking all earnings. I'm suing the shit out of you all earnings going to Five Star Incorporation pockets. Just so n****as know, and don't try to call me Drake either 'cause I'm letting you n****s know beforehand."

This latest situation between Max, Tjay, and Fivio comes after the streamer dropped a diss response to the Brooklyn rapper on his own song. In the original song, Fivio raps, "And my real name Max / And I really got plaques / Double digits, no cap / I'm the real Plaqueboymax."

Max followed that up on a live stream by rapping, "Bitch, I'm Plaqueboymax / They want smoke in here / Take they ass to the back / Ho stupid, she Fivio Foreign."
