On her ITV programme this Wednesday morning (November 20), presenter Lorraine Kelly revealed a new tattoo, stating she had got herself inked "this morning."
Sporting the long design on the back of her right arm featuring the phrase, "The Female Boss."
She was paying homage to Tulisa Contostavlos' famed tattoo during her stint on I'm A Celeb.
Fans need not worry though, as it turns out Lorraine's tattoo is simply a temporary one, likely able to be washed away. This playful move by Kelly follows in the footsteps of Prince Harry, who recently sported a fake tattoo to promote his Invictus Games.
Discussing Harry's phony tattoo on-air, Lorraine questioned, "All is not quite what it seems", reports the Mirror.
"I don't think he's allowed to get a tattoo! Do you think any of the Royal family has a tattoo?"
Continuing the light-hearted segment, she commented: "I mean, I obviously got one this morning, I got one put on. It was a little bit painful, but it was worth it in the end."
Lorraine's temporary tattoo mirrors the one that singer Tulisa, taking part in this year's I'm A Celeb and former judge on ITV's X Factor, famously showcased on her arm.
During her stint on the show, Tulisa faced criticism for displaying her tattoo, leading some viewers to believe she was advertising her similarly named perfume.
The surge in Ofcom complaints prompted Tulisa to defend her actions.
She explained: "I was showing off my tattoo long before The X Factor. It's always been my trademark and it's always been my nickname," in response to the numerous complaints.
Despite her explanation, Tulisa had to conceal the tattoo on subsequent shows after Ofcom initiated an inquiry. However, her appearance on I'm A Celeb has pleased her dedicated fans, as she brought back her famous pose for the show's opening credits.
Lorraine airs weekdays at 9am on ITV1.
