Machine Gun Kelly broke his silence about partner Megan Fox’s pregnancy two weeks after she revealed they’re expecting their first child together.
“Isolating myself in the desert next week to restart this album from scratch. When inspiration flows through me unblocked, we will reach the destination in no time. don’t worry,” MGK, 34, wrote via x on Monday, November 25.
He then reflected on the pregnancy by adding, “After all, ‘I’m about to be a dad again!”
Megan, 38, surprised fans when she took to Instagram on November 11 to reveal that she and MGK – whose real name is Colson Baker – are expecting their first child together. “Nothing is ever really lost. welcome back,” she wrote alongside a snapshot of herself cradling her baby bump while covered in black paint, as well as a photo of her holding a positive pregnancy test.
The Transformers actress is already the mother to sons Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10 and Journey, 8, with ex-husband Brian Austin Green, and MGK shares daughter Casie, 15, with ex Emma Cannon.
While the couple has kept most details about their pregnancy out of the spotlight, an insider exclusively told In Touch that they “are super excited about welcoming their rainbow baby” after she previously suffered a miscarriage.
“Especially after going through such a rough patch in their relationship,” the source exclusively revealed to In Touch two days after Megan announced the news. “They feel fully united and enthusiastic.”
Megan and MGK are “preparing for the arrival by decorating the nursery, her kids helped, and she’s taking every precaution necessary.” The insider added of the couple, “They say this is their little miracle baby since she miscarried before.”
The source also shared that they have “come up with some very unique names that work for a girl or a boy,” though Megan and MGK are “keeping the gender secret for now.”
“All their kids are excited, her boys want a little sister and Cassie, MGK’s 15-year -old, has promised to babysit,” the insider continued. “Even Megan’s ex Brian Austin Green congratulated her on the baby news. Everyone is happier about this arrival.”
Megan previously opened up about suffering a miscarriage one year before her pregnancy announcement. In addition to revealing the tragedy in her poetry book, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, the Jennifer’s Body actress also discussed the experience during a November 2023 appearance on Good Morning America.
“I’ve never been through anything like that in my life. I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately … trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’” she said during the morning talk show.
The couple confirmed their romance in 2020, and they have experienced several highs and lows since getting engaged in January 2022. After sparking several split rumors over the years, Megan confirmed that she and MGK briefly called off their engagement during a May appearance on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast. However, she did not share any details about when the split happened or how long it lasted.
