GeForce Now is finally bringing Marvel Rivals to the cloud to celebrate the first season in-game. The new title will be available to play soon, following some exciting announcements from Nvidia regarding GeForce Now on more devices.

Marvel Rivals has taken the end of 2024 by storm, offering up a direct competitor to Overwatch 2 in a genre that needed some competition. The game pits teams of six Marvel heroes against each other in timed battles for supremacy.

Today, GeForce Now announced that the cloud service would be offering users the ability to play Marvel Rivals on the cloud. The addition will mean any GeForce Now subscriber can play the game, as it’s free to play. It’ll join other free-to-play titles on Nvidia’s platform, like Fortnite, Genshin Impact, and Counter-Strike 2.

The news of Marvel Rvals on GeForce Now comes as the company announces that the service will be coming to the Steam Deck in an official capacity with HDR and 4K gameplay possible. Prior to this announcement, GeForce Now was available only via web browsers, and dedicated software is always better. The cloud service will also get an app on the Meta Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro.

The company also announced that a new data center in India would be launching, marking further expansion for the service.

GeForce Now notes that Marvel Rivals will be available to play in the cloud starting with the launch of season 1, which starts on Friday, January 10.
