Meghan Markle has shared a heartfelt video on her Instagram in response to the tragic wildfires in LA.
The Duchess of Sussex appears visibly moved, almost to tears, as she discusses a young victim of the fires.
Meghan begins by saying to the camera: "I was just told that something arrived that I had been waiting for."
She explains how she met a woman and her 15-year-old daughter, whose house had burned down, when she was in Altadena, California, with Prince Harry.
Meghan said: "Her mum shared something with me and said that when they came back to see their house for the first time, which is as we were meeting them, that all that she'd been looking for in her home was the T-shirt from the Billie Eilish concert that she had just gone to that she left in the washing machine or the dryer."
The former TV star explains how now their home, the washing machine and dryer are now ash, reports the Express.
