Mel B surprised her followers earlier today by posting a bold photo of herself on Instagram.
The 49-year-old pop singer shared the image, in which she posed nude, alongside a series of pictures documenting her self-care day.
In the daring shot, Mel had her hand resting on her derrière as she faced away from the camera. The photo was taken inside the infrared sauna she visited as part of her wellness routine. The sauna, known for its numerous health benefits, helps with relieving pain, reducing inflammation, relaxing muscles, and boosting immunity.
The video clips that Mel shared, showed her stretching in the sweat room, wearing a red bikini that highlighted her incredibly toned physique. Afterward, she emerged from the sauna, drenched in sweat, before diving into an ice bath to complete her revitalising routine.
She captioned the post: “Ok you lot I’m gonna let you see into my ‘me time’ self care things I do, because it’s sooo important to me. Ok soo this was yesterday's protocol."

Whilst another added: “You are a real SPICE! HOT as your first solo work! I am very happy to see you happy and at peace. You deserve it.” A third penned: "You look great!!” And a fourth added: “Aging like a fine wine!!! Gorgeous.”

Instagram)Mel B, who was previously married to film producer Stephen Belafonte, has recently failed her attempt to have his defamation lawsuit thrown out of court. Stephen is suing Mel over accusations she made about him being abusive and controlling during their marriage, claims she shared in interviews and her autobiography, Brutally Honest.
In September, Mel’s legal team asked the court to dismiss the case, but the request was denied. Mel left her marriage to Stephen in 2017, accusing him of domestic abuse, which he denies. Stephen, 49, has said that authorities investigated the claims but no charges were filed. Regarding his £3.9 million libel lawsuit in Florida, he said: “I am ready to prove Melanie’s statements about me are false.”
Mel’s lawyers argued that the case should never have been brought to court, as it was an exercise of her constitutional rights. The couple, who were married for 10 years, share a 13-year-old daughter, Madison.
