Molly Mae Hague may have a million-pound net worth. She may have become Creative Director at PLT at the age of 22. And, she may walk around with a £3,000 bag on her arm like it’s totally normal, but fans are taking their hats off to her this November for coming across “so cute and normal” in an interview with Vogue.
When it comes to branching out with big names in the fashion industry, some celebrities could end up losing their cool or opting to promote all kinds of brands for their own gain. But, the former Love Island star is proving how down to earth she is in her In The Bag interview with British Vogue, say fans.
Molly Mae unpacks her bag
Sitting down for a casual chat with British Vogue this November, Molly Mae is showing how “naturally charismatic” she is with her wonderful personality, according to her fans.
The 25-year-old shares her “everyday bag” with fans, which is a Bottega Veneta £3,000 purchase, just FYI.
Molly Mae describes her “bottomless pit” of a bag as a “Tardis,” adding how it’s “never-ending.”

She brings out her first item – Water Wipes – and says they’re an “essential” for mums.
Another “essential” is Molly Mae’s phone, as well as her card holder.
She explains: “This looks very organized of me, but I give it two to three working days before I lose this again. I can never seem to keep things like this in my possession. That’s why Apple Pay exists, though.”
The ITV icon continues to bring “normal” items out of her bag including paracetamol, hair bobbles, claw clips, perfume, polaroids of her daughter, lip balm, floss, sunglasses, crystals, and a pack of Fruitella.
Like many people, Molly Mae keeps a hairbrush in her bag. She was keeping things low-key before revealing it is worth £90.
Molly admits the price is “astronomical for a hairbrush,” but adds: “…this was a gift.”
She continues: “This is probably the boujiest item in my handbag.”
Molly is ‘so normal’, say fans
Bottega Veneta, Chanel sunglasses, and a £90 hairbrush aside, the contents of Molly Mae’s bag do seem pretty “normal” for a high-flying celeb.
Her In The Bag interview has many fans calling her “real, authentic, and hilarious.”
More say Molly is “the realest,” and another chimes in: “I’ll give it to her she’s a natural behind the camera.”
Someone else comments on the video how Molly is just like everyone else: “I love that she hasn’t sold out just because it’s Vogue. This is most of what a normal UK girl would have.”
Others describe Molly as “lovely” and a “breath of fresh air” as she whips her provisional license, gum-covered photos, and hair rollers out of her bag.
