MOB Wives star Natalie DiDonato seemed “confused and disheveled” before family members reported her missing after she did not board two flights home to Florida.
Natalie, 44, who appeared on season 5 of VH1’s Mob Wives, failed to board a flight home to Florida from Philadelphia earlier this month, and instead flew to Las Vegas, her last known location.
In an exclusive interview with The U.S. Sun, a family member, who wishes to remain anonymous, revealed Natalie’s state of mind before her disappearance.
“She was in Philadephia visiting family and was supposed to go to Florida. She never made that flight. She took a separate flight to Las Vegas. That’s where she was last at.
“Police in Philadephia got involved and spoke with the MGM in Las Vegas. They confirmed she was in Las Vegas for a night.
"Anyone in Vegas can spread some type of awareness by contacting Las Vegas Police Department. She has her dog with her.”
The insider added of the last time the family spoke with her, “She didn’t sound right during her last call. She sounded confused and disheveled.
“We had no idea what she was doing in Vegas. We don’t know who she knows in Vegas or why she was there. We didn’t believe she was in Vegas when we heard.”
The insider continued she “fell out” with loved ones in recent years.
“She is very open with what happened in her childhood. I think she suffered from a lot of things. I think depression is one of them that she suffered with.”
Natalie has claimed she was a victim of childhood sexual abuse over social media.
In December 2021, Natalie posted of the trauma and people questioning her, “This almost killed me, I’ve been drowning in depression and have been severely upset. This is my truth… If I wanted your pity… I would of got into the sick, heinous and yes… treatious stories. You know why I never got into the stories? They are pure nightmares.”

The source added how following her stint on Mob Wives, she "wanted to continue to be in that limelight."
“Could the show have contributed to this? Yes and no," the source said. "She always had issues with herself. The show could've amplified that. Not finding success could’ve tormented her mind.”
The insider said she is “hopeful” Natalie will be found safe.
A second family member added, “I have a good feeling she’ll return home safe.”
CALLS FOR HELP
Natalie’s family reported her missing to authorities on Tuesday.
Her mother, Denise, told TMZ she had a brief conversation with her daughter last week.
She claimed she appeared “nervous,” “rushed off the phone” and did not disclose her location.
LIFE AFTER VH1
Natalie continued to work in entertainment after her season on Mob Wives, as she hosted an event in New Mexico in October 2024 with fellow reality stars.
Her last post on Instagram was on December 12, 2024.
She captioned a photo of herself, “Not bad for 44. I love me some me. 44 sitting on 24’s still. (It’s not my bday… I’m just feelin myself, dropped 10 lbs… hit that goal weight).
“Getting older is a blessing, can't believe I made it this far. I'm embracing my age because to me it's a badge of honor to have made it to 44.”
