An NYC-based model is suing her ex boyfriend after some seriously heinous alleged acts.

A new lawsuit filed at the Manhattan Supreme Court has everyone’s jaws on the floor. MAXIM model Maya Willow Silas is suing her former boyfriend, plastic surgeon Ammar Mahmoud, for allegedly brutally beating her and using drugs to turn her into a “sex slave”.

The details are absolutely sickening. In an exclusive interview with The New York Post, Silas described an instance where her 40-year-old partner allegedly beat her and then forcibly injected fillers into her already swollen eye. If that wasn’t bad enough, he didn’t even use an anesthetic of any kind, he just “stabbed” her face:

“He stabbed me in the face with a needle, I could feel the needle scratching against the bone.”

Horrific!

In the suit, she claims Mahmoud is a drug and alcohol-abusing sex addict who uses the façade of a caring doctor to abuse women. Silas also alleged he’s done this to multiple women — something his ex wife also said in an ongoing suit filed way back in 2014. Yes, a decade ago! The man has been in hot water over such behavior for ten years!

The alleged victim’s lawyer Larry Hutcher said in a statement:

“There is no ‘she said’ here. He literally made her into a sex slave.”

Disgusting… Poor girl.

Silas and Mahmoud met back in 2023 when they both attended a yacht party in Miami. Silas claimed at the time the surgeon invited her for a threesome with himself and his then-girlfriend, but she declined. She did, however, keep in touch with him after their meeting. Later on the model would come to The Big Apple for a modeling job and they’d go on a date together at famed restaurant Catch, which started their whirlwind romance.

The lawsuit says it’s at this point Mahmoud started love bombing the model with expensive gifts and trips to Miami and Dubai. Eventually, he allegedly offered to move all her things into his Fifth Avenue apartment, where things changed drastically. Silas claims the surgeon abused ketamine and the psychedelic drug 2c heavily. The legal docs state:

“Almost nightly, Dr. Mahmoud would abuse drugs and alcohol, and force himself upon Willow at all hours of the night, irrespective of whether Willow consented to the sexual acts, or was even conscious.”

Just sickening. After this, on June 7, 2023, Silas claims she woke up in the middle of the night to find Mahmoud partying with three prostitutes. When she confronted him about it, he allegedly got violent:

“After the women left, Dr. Mahmoud violently hurled Willow to the ground, mercilessly punched her face and body, and smothered her face with a pillow, causing her to lose consciousness.”

While speaking to The Post, the model horrifyingly recalled:

“I thought I was going to die.”

Sadly, the plastic surgeon’s alleged reign of terror didn’t end there. The lawsuit says he beat Silas so badly that her eye was swollen shut, her orbital bone was shattered, her head was misshapen, and she was covered in blood and bruises. He allegedly apologized for the brutality, but made sure she didn’t leave his apartment so he could monitor the injuries. The suit also claims he abused his powers as a medical professional to prescribe her antidepressants and use ketamine to “keep her obedient and compliant”.

Nearly two full months later, at the end of July, he finally brought her to his clinic to treat her shattered eye, the legal docs claim:

“Despite her obvious need for proper medical treatment, Dr. Mahmoud took it upon himself to simply conceal the physical damage he had inflicted, under the guise of his own medical license, which he abused.”

Silas said he injected fillers into her still swollen eye with “calculated cruelty”, and didn’t give her any sort of anesthetic or something to help with pain:

“Willow was left physically and mentally traumatized by the torturous experience. The pain from the injection was compounded by the emotional anguish of knowing that her abuser was also her only option for care, who abused his medical authority to further control and harm her.”

While speaking to the outlet, the model sadly stated:

“I don’t get to be like I’m ‘all natural’ now because I have filler in my eye.”

This abuse and manipulation continued for three more months, per the suit. One instance in October claims a woman who was staying with Mahmoud ended up beating Silas while the surgeon held her down. The sexual abuse continued, as well, with the doctor allegedly “forcing [Silas] to participate in non-consensual sexual activities with strangers, sexually assaulting her while she was unconscious, and physically restraining and threatening her”:

“Specifically, Dr. Mahmoud forced Willow to participate in threesomes with prostitutes, even though she expressly told him ‘no’.”

Absolutely terrifying. We can’t imagine…

Luckily, after going to California for a modeling gig, Silas was able to escape. She claims she went to the west coast and never returned — she even abandoned all her belongings back in NYC. Despite her escape, however, she says her career and emotional state have suffered a great deal. She now lives in El Lay, but has become somewhat of a hermit because she’s too scared to leave her home, according to NYP:

“I was scared that he was going to retaliate and kill me.”

This lawsuit is horrifyingly similar to the one Mahmoud is already dealing with. His ex wife alleges he sexually assaulted her during their short marriage, as well as beat her and force her to take growth hormones because he didn’t “approve” of her body. He responded to this by filing a defamation lawsuit against her in 2019 where he called her claims “outright fabrications”.

Regarding Silas’ lawsuit, when reached by the outlet for comment, all Mahmoud had to say was he “unequivocally” denies all accusations against him and his character. He declined any further comment and said he’d be getting legal representation.

Such heartbreaking cases for both women involved. We hope justice is served. Thoughts, Perezcious readers?
