THEIR passionate New Year's Eve kiss sparked intense speculation that Molly-Mae Hague may just be getting back with Tommy Fury.
With the exes said to be 'all over each other' at a Hogmanay party, friends have now hinted that Molly-Mae might just have been 'lonely'.
A source close to Molly-Mae said: "Molly was lonely on New Year's Eve and Tommy was just there.
"She still has really strong feelings for him, but there's no real future."
Our exclusive pictures of their passionate snog on the stroke of midnight sent fans of the Love Islanders into a flurry of excitement.
The pair, who met on the reality TV show in 2019, had allegedly been 'flirting all night' at Man Utd star Luke Shaw’s Hogmanay party in Cheshire.
They had both posted separate pictures to their Instagram accounts in a bid to keep their reunion secret, however according to onlookers the pair were 'all over each other.'
A source said: "Things are still delicate but they’ve had some long, difficult conversations over the past few weeks and, finally, are in a great place.
"Molly-Mae decided to invite Tommy fairly last minute. It was all very low-key."
“The pair were very flirty all night and it’s clear their physical attraction remains strong."
"They were all over each other as the compère counted down to midnight — it was very cute to see."
“But Molly-Mae isn’t ready to launch into something officially yet. She has been very hurt in the past six months, and understandably feels pretty burned.”

The couple, who share their one-year-old daughter Bambi, were spotted together publicly in December for the first time since their split last August.
Taking Bambi to a soft play centre, rumours were rife that the Love Islanders' love affair could be back on.
The couple had been together for five years and were hoping to wed before she dumped him for allegedly cheating on her.
She famously kicked the pro boxer out of their shared 3.8million Cheshire mansion after claims he had cheated on her on 'several occasions.'
He was allegedly seen kissing another woman during a holiday with friends.
Since then Tommy was quoted as saying: "All the allegations that were made of me recently are completely false.”
He also told the Mail: “It is proper love."
"Do I still love Molly? 100 per cent. I will love her until my final breath."
