The mum-of-two, whose real name is Sophie Hinchliffe, is pregnant with the couple's third child - a little brother to Ronnie, five, and Lennie, three.

But now, Sophie has revealed how she actually is doing, just months after her dear dad Alan, sadly, passed away.

Posting on her Instagram stories, the 34-year-old shared her heartbreak after being left at home all on her own.

''Good morning, everyone. How are you all? Happy Wednesday.

''The boys have gone to school. They love school right now and I am so happy about it.

''And yeah, I'm just at home on my own. Jamie's gone to the gym.

''And I don't like being left on my own at the moment, to be honest with you.

''I can't stand it. But I've put my candles on and my wax melts,'' said Sophie who had put on Lorraine in the background and tried to keep herself busy by cleaning the house clean and doing some washing.

''That feels good - that's something I can tick off.''

Following this, the mum-of-two uploaded a heartwarming snap of her baby bump and said she had some company.

'I'd be lying if I said I'm doing well' admits pregnant Mrs Hinch as she recalls 'crying on the floor' after dad's death

''Actually... not on my own at all.

''Life really is full of so many unexpected twists and turns. An unpredictable rollercoaster, as they say.

''And all I do know is... I'm strapped in, with my family, and holding on to every little glimmer I can find along the way.''

Sophie's grief journey

This comes after the star, who shot to fame with her savvy cleaning hacks, admitted she was ''crying on the floor'' after dad's death.

Back in April, Sophie lost her dad Alan after he passed away unexpectedly in his sleep.

Previously, the cleaning fanatic shared that her late father, who suffered with life-long "chest, lung and heart" problems, was “never blessed with... fantastic health” and had been hospitalised for several weeks in 2023.

The mother, who took an eight week break from social media after her dad’s death, also shared an update with fans regarding her grief journey.

She explained: "I'd be lying if I said I was okay... in fact, I feel broken.

''I feel an extreme mix of emotions and not too much makes sense right now.

''It's like I've entered this new part of my world, where only grief sits, and it feels heavy; something I can't describe unless you've been there.

''For now, I'm really trying to navigate this new life without one of the people I love the most; one of my biggest support systems.

''I feel like my Dad taught me everything I know; except how to live without him.''

The grieving mum also took the time to thank her fans for their support during this difficult time for both her and her loved ones.
