Naomi Watts has been booked and busy. Promoting her new book, Dare I Say It: Everything I Wish I’d Known About Menopause, the actress endeavoured a 24-hour press tour that saw her dabble in not one, not two, but five sleek outfit changes throughout the day.
Yesterday, while flitting around New York City for various appearances and interviews, Watts kicked it all off with a tweed mini dress by Emilia Wickstead that she wore with stockings, Loewe ‘Onda’ Mary Jane platforms and an Akris coat, courtesy of her stylist Jeanann Williams.
She then continued with the preppy grey tones with a figure-hugging off-shoulder dress by Shushu Tong, which she once again paired with Wolford stockings and black pointed pumps.
Slipping into something more cosy, the Mulholland Drive star opted for a creamy set by Attersee layered under a toasty camel coat by Celine.
Later in the afternoon, Watts, 56, stunned in a deep blue Prada coat with gold buttons done up to the top, and the most quintessential Prada pumps and top-handle bag to match.
For her final instalment of the day, she kept it simple in a grey Attersee knit dress, her trusted Akris black wool coat and Fendi knee-high boots.
Watts’ book, Dare I Say It, follows the actress’ journey with menopause, exploring the ups, downs and everything else that’s rarely spoken openly about when it comes to ageing. Through frank discussions and insight into her own experiences, she provides an informative guide delivered with her trademark relatability.
