According to outage tracking website Downdetector.com, thousands of Netflix users in the US and India are seeing a major outage as of late Friday, with over 13,000 occurrences recorded. As Netflix broadcasts a live boxing bout between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul, which is anticipated to attract a lot of viewers, there was an outage. By 9:21 p.m. ET, there were 5,114 customers who were having issues.
An outage prevented thousands of Netflix users in the US and India from using the service. The Downdetector, which tracks outages by compiling status updates from many sources, recorded over 13,000 instances of downtime. The cause of the outage is unknown, and Netflix has not yet released an official statement addressing the problem.

On social media, users are complaining about error warnings and problems streaming information, as well as asking for updates on the current situation.
At 9.30, video streaming problems in India peaked at 84 per cent, apps at 10 per cent, and websites at 8 per cent. Gadget Bridge also had problems with live streaming, particularly when Mike Tyson and Jake Paul were boxing live on Netflix.
At its height, Downdetector.com recorded 13,895 outage complaints; over time, the number steadily dropped to about 5,100. Ten per cent had trouble connecting to the server, four per cent had trouble logging in, and eighty-six per cent had trouble streaming videos.
