Diddy was hit with another lawsuit from more women, and the accusations are so disturbing!
According to court documents obtained by multiple outlets this week, two women identified as Jane Doe have filed separate lawsuits against the disgraced music mogul, claiming he raped them at a Donald Trump hotel. You know, the establishment owned by our current president, and the same convicted felon who called Diddy a “good guy” and his “good friend.” Yeah, the horrific attack allegedly happened there.

Per People, both women claimed they often ran into Diddy since they were active in the hip-hop scene during the 1980s and 1990s and had nightmare experiences with him. In her suit, the first Jane Doe claimed the rapper assaulted her several times in multiple states, including California and New York. The first alleged instance happened when she was hired as a bottle service girl for a party at his home in The Hamptons in 1997 after a friend told her she could make $2,000.
When Diddy arrived at the bash, he allegedly gave a drink to her and other staff members. She allegedly “began to feel woozy, slipping in and out of consciousness” after the first beverage, and was raped by one of his male associates under “Combs’ direction.” TMZ reported that the woman also claimed she “recalls seeing Combs fully naked at one point and witnessing another man sodomizing him.”
In the complaint, per People, she stated that she believed Diddy captured the alleged incident on camera but he refused to delete the footage. Jeez.
And sadly, that was not the only time the Bad Boy Records founder allegedly harmed her. The first Jane Doe went on to claim another incident took place in New York City in the ’90s. According to TMZ, the lawsuit revealed she had been at Diddy’s party at the five-floor nightclub called Limelight, where the top two floors were used for sex parties. When the woman tried to leave, he wouldn’t let her. Nothing happened at the club from there. However, things took a scary turn when he took her and a friend, along with several men, to a penthouse suite at the Trump Hotel in Midtown. The woman claimed she did not want to go to the hotel, but “Combs made it clear that they did not have a choice.”
There, per People, she claims they were held hostage, “drugged, and forced to participate in group-sex activity during which she [was] sexually assaulted over the next several hours.” Diddy allegedly directed a club promoter to rape her while he watched. It was not until the following morning that Diddy let the two women leave.
So, so awful…
A second woman made similar claims in her own lawsuit. They seemingly were together during the alleged attacks. People reported that the other Jane Doe alleged in her complaint that Diddy became “violent” and subjected her to “sexual assault, coercion, abuse and violence” at his hands or direction “on numerous separate occasions.” This included the night of a Limelight party. The woman, who was dating Diddy’s security guard, claimed she and a friend were at the club and then went to the Trump hotel. While in the room, she allegedly was “forced to take” what she thinks was ecstasy or a similar drug and participate in “a group sex activity.” She also claims she was raped by a security guard as Diddy watched, per TMZ.
These are the latest lawsuits filed by Tony Buzbee. Both women are suing Diddy for the alleged violation of the New York City Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act. They’ve also asked for compensatory damages for physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, physical and emotional pain and suffering, family and social disruption, and other harm.
Diddy, who is currently behind bars waiting for his sex trafficking trial, has addressed the latest lawsuits, saying via his legal team:
“As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
