Nikki Glaser claims that she got paid less money than a past male host for the 2025 Golden Globes.

The comedian appeared on Monday’s episode of SiriusXM’s the Howard Stern Show where she analyzed her performance and teased her payday.

“I got paid pretty — I’m good with that,” she cryptically said. “There was a past host who said how much he got paid in his monologue and I got less than that, but that’s OK. I’ll get more next year.”

Glaser, 40, didn’t divulge the amount she was paid but clarified that she felt “well” and was “alright” with the paycheck.

“This first year, when you’re just trying to prove yourself, I honestly would’ve done it for free,” Glaser added. “It’s an insane platform to be on. It’s not about the money for me.”

The “Someday You’ll Die” performer seemed to be referring to the 2023 Golden Globes host Jerrod Carmichael who revealed during his monologue that he made $500,000 for the gig.

Carmichael shared the shocking figure while admitting that he had faced a “moral, racial dilemma” on whether or not he’d host the awards show because of the show’s past controversy for lacking diversity.

However, after talking with a friend, Carmichael revealed that they were going to pay him $500,000 to host, so he accepted the position.

Other hosts of the Golden Globes have not disclosed how much they were paid, but past frequent host Ricky Gervais previously told the Hollywood Reporter in 2020 that money wasn’t a factor in his decision.

“Yeah, of course [I’m paid well], but that’s not why I do it. I’ve got enough … money. I said to my agent, ‘I won’t do for money anything I wouldn’t do for free.’ He went, ‘Please don’t say that ever again,'” Gervais recalled.

Glaser made history on Sunday when she became the first female to host the Golden Globes on her own.

Glaser –– who skyrocketed in popularity after her viral jokes on “The Roast of Tom Brady” –– received praise from critics, fellow comedians and celebrities for her witty monologue.

During the opening monologue, she poked fun at a slew of celebrities –– including Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco, Timothée Chalamet, Nicole Kidman, Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo, among others.
