A shocking lawsuit alleges that a New York City plastic surgeon turned an innocent woman into a "sex slave" through horrific abuse as he even tried to cover up his 15-years-younger's girlfriend's bruises with filler and no painkillers.
Ammar Mahmoud has been accused of savagely beating Maya Willow Sias to the extent that he destroyed her eye socket, then hauling her to Alinea Medical Spa where he injected her with filler to hide her wounds, without any anaesthetic.
"He stabbed me in the face with a needle, I could feel the needle scratching against the bone," Sias told The New York Post as she pushes for $10 million in damages from her abuser in a civil lawsuit.
The 25-year-old also revealed images of her injuries and descriptions in a 16-page document filed in New York City, as Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP serve as her plaintiff attorneys and advisors.
Photos revealed by The Post show two serious black eyes beneath her eyeballs as horrific bruises later her arms, making her look completely unlike the successful modelling career she has.
Whilst another photo shows her eye so damaged that it is swollen shut and a deep red/purple color as she looks exhausted, depressed and without the energy to look after her hair in a mirror selfie, which also showed bruises to her ribs.
"There is no 'she said' here," Larry Hutcher, her attorney and name partner at DHC, told the New York Post. "He literally made her into a sex slave."
What happened to Sias?
Sias additionally suspects Mahmoud was abusive to women in the past, and notably his former wife had also filed action against him that is still ongoing, despite commencing a decade ago in 2014.
The pair met in May 2023 in Florida when the doctor had invited her to a threesome which she declined, but kept contact with the medical professional after warming to his personality before they began a relationship after seeing him in New York.
The blonde model was initially "love bombed" with expensive items and gifts before the doctor began abusing hard drugs such as psychedelics and ketamine, before finally abusing the young woman.
Mahmoud would "force himself upon Willow at all hours of the night," the lawsuit states. "Irrespective of whether Willow consented to the sexual acts, or was even conscious."
And the beating began after she found him partying with three sex workers in their apartment. Sias confronted her partner about his actions, clearly upset, only for him to go on to attack her in response as she feared for her life.
"Dr. Mahmoud violently hurled Willow to the ground," the document continues. "Mercilessly punched her face and body, and smothered her face with a pillow, causing her to lose consciousness."
After this, he apologized but refused to allow her to leave and began controlling and coercive behavior such as monitoring her location and threatening her if she tried to exit the apartment or the relationship as he binged her up on drugs to make her "compliant".
"Despite her obvious need for proper medical treatment, Dr. Mahmoud took it upon himself to simply conceal the physical damage he had inflicted," the lawsuit adds. "Under the guise of his own medical license, which he abused.
"The pain from the injection was compounded by the emotional anguish of knowing that her abuser was also her only option for care, who abused his medical authority to further control and harm her."
Mahmoud denies the accusations of Sias, as well as previously denying the accusations made by his ex-wife too.
