Samsung Unpacked is just over a week away, and leaks are still coming out even during the company’s free Galaxy Reserve event. This time, it’s Samsung’s official wallpapers before they roll out on the Galaxy S25 series itself.
Every year, when the Galaxy S flagship series launches, Samsung tries to pack it full of tailored features. That includes sets of wallpapers specific to the lineup. Last year, Samsung launched the Galaxy S24 series with several different variations, including a couple of geological versions that paid reference to some cool rock formations.
On Twitter/X, Max Jambor posted a couple of high-res wallpapers that are supposed to be official, poised to be launched with the phones. The wallpapers are a little underwhelming and serve to showcase a big “S” in blue and black. They’re certainly high-res, but they don’t really pop compared to some others we’ve seen in the past.
These wallpapers have popped up across several leaks, though the high-res resource posted on socials is new and might be worth the grab if you’re a fan.
It’s hard to imagine Samsung will release these wallpapers alone on the Galaxy S25, considering the Galaxy S24/S24+ and S24 Ultra have separate sets of wallpapers. These leaked images might just be for the Galaxy S25 Ultra alone. In any case, these might be a small portion of the full picture, though it’s an unknown as of right now.
The Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra are supposed to launch on January 22, and reservations are already open. Galaxy reservations are free and get you a $50 credit if you think you might buy the Galaxy S25. Even better, the free entry gives users a chance to win $5,000.
