One 'freaky' photo convinced Kim Kardashian her house must be haunted

Kim Kardashian once convinced herself her house is haunted after a “woman figure” turned up in her selfie. She was alone when she took the photo, but only noticed the figure a week later.

Selfies are pretty much a part of Kim Kardashian‘s daily routine. So when a random unexpected guest turned up in the background of a photo, The Kardashians star totally freaked out.

Kim Kardashian spots mystery woman

Kim had the shock of her life when she casually looked through photos on her phone. A week after taking a selfie, she thought she spotted a woman in the window, in the background of a selfie.

“Soooo I took this pic last week when I was alone and now going through my phone I am freaking out noticing a woman in the window,” Kardashian wrote in July 2023 on Instagram.

The figure appears to be a shadow positioned to the right of Kardashian. It does look very clear, but then it could be Kim’s reflection as the figure is holding an arm up, and has similar hair to Kim’s up-do.

She’s convinced home is haunted

Although Kim freaked herself out, not everyone agreed. Some friends, such as actor Christina Ricci, said it’s “def a ghost” while a fan said the woman “looks Victorian with a veil.”

Despite her discovery, it hasn’t put Kim off from going all out to turn her home into a haunted house for Halloween. In October 2023, she had a full-on skeleton archway inside the $66million mansion.

Plaster-molded hands appeared to reach up from the mud in her garden which were apparently made in the shapes of real people in her household – including her kids, and even her chef.
