OnePlus dropped the much-awaited OnePlus 13 series in India yesterday. The series consists of two phones including OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R. The flagship variant from the series, OnePlus 13, comes with the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and the OnePlus 13R brings the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. In a recent set of rumors, it has been revealed that the brand is working on a new device, possibly OnePlus 13T, with a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor that will be smaller in size as compared to the OnePlus 13.

Popular tipster Digital Chat Station shared a post on Weibo suggesting that OnePlus is working on a smaller device that will carry a 6.31-inch LTPO OLED display with uniform bezels. High chances are that the device will introduced in the market as the OnePlus 13T or the OnePlus 13 Mini. The upcoming device by OnePlus will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 processor.

Apart from that, we can also get to see the phone bring a glass body with a metal middle frame. To fulfil security requirements, the smartphone will carry a short-focus-in-screen fingerprint scanner. Furthermore, Digital Chat Station also mentioned that the smartphone will bring a triple rear camera setup including a 50MP Sony IMX906 primary shooter, 50MP periscope telephoto shooter with 3X optical zoom, and an 8MP ultra wide shooter.

What does OnePlus want to see do with this step?

For all those who are unaware, the last T series smartphone from the brand was OnePlus 10T which of course had a processor better than OnePlus 10R. Now, the rumors also suggest that the OnePlus 13T or OnePlus 13 Mini will be better than the OnePlus 13R win terms of specifications and camera prowess while being just a notch below OnePlus 13. However, nothing has been confirmed by OnePlus until now. So, the readers are supposed to take the information with a grain of salt.
