OZZY Osbourne was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame last night as the ceremony paid tribute to late pop star Liam Payne.
The Prince of Darkness received a roaring standing ovation when he appeared on a black throne in Cleveland amid his health battle.
Presented by actor Jack Black, Ozzy 75, was inducted in front of a star-studded crowd for solo work spanning more than four decades.
The legendary rocker joined a line-up of inductees, including Mary J. Blige, Cher, and Peter Frampton, during the prestigious event.
Dua Lipa joined Cher to perform her iconic hit Believe, as they teamed up on the red carpet with Spider Man actress Zendaya.
Ozzy flew to the ceremony despite rarely travelling outside of Los Angeles, and admitted he was disappointed he wasn't well enough to perform at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.

Meanwhile, the arena burst into cheers when Liam Payne was included in the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame memorial.
A heartbreaking image of Liam appeared on the screen showing the singer during his days in world famous boy band One Direction.
The star was given the special mention just three days after his death in Buenos Aires, Argentina, at the age of 31.
He tragically fell 45ft from his hotel balcony in the neighbourhood of Palermo.
Prosecutors say Liam appeared to have taken excessive amounts of a alcohol and drugs - and they have linked his death to a probable psychotic episode.
Shocking pictures showed his suite's TV smashed as well as white powder, foil and a lighter strewn across the room.

Cher, 78, showed off her age-defying look in an edgy black PVC corset top with long sleeve detailing.
She pulled on shorts, fishnet stockings and trousers with open detailing on the thighs to complete her very modern look.

The pair held hands as they completed the iconic chorus.
Later in the night, they were seen posing with actress Zendaya, 28.
