P Diddy has been accused of drugging and raping a 10-year-old boy.
The Mirror US reported that in obtained court documents, the accuser said that in 2005 his parents took him to New York City in hopes to progress his entertainment career. He claims to have been invited to a audition for Diddy and a talent agency allegedly took the minor to meet the rapper without his parents present.
The lawsuit alleges that his parents’ absence was a request from Diddy. The accuser claimed that he told Diddy, real name Sean Combs, that he would do “anything” to become famous.

He alleged that the talent agency left and a person in the room handed the 10-year-old a soda. The accuser claims that after taking a drink, he felt “a little funny”.
The complaint stated: “Based on information and belief, Combs, by himself or through his agents/employees, previously laced the drink with drugs including but not limited to GHB and/or ecstasy.”
The accuser alleged that Diddy told him: “You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes,” before telling the child to “kiss it,” referring to his penis. The Mirror U.S. reported: “The document further alleged that Diddy continued to rape the boy before the child lost consciousness. [Accuser] claimed he woke up feeling sore in private areas.”
He also alleged that the rapper threatened to hurt is parents if he told them what happened. The accuser claimed that he didn’t tell the talent agent, but eventually informed his parents about the incident after they noticed he was acting “lethargic”.
Although he claims to have told his parents, they were “terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse”. The accuser is asking for “compensatory damages for all physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, physical and emotional pain and suffering, family and social disruption and other harm in an amount to be determined at trial.”
P Diddy was arrested on 16 September and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has “categorically denied” all the charges made against him.
