P Diddy is said to be "sad and lonely" in prison as he faces sex trafficking charges.
The rapper, whose real name is Sean Combs, has been locked in New York's notorious Metropolitan Detention Centre after being cuffed in September on a host of different charges. Among the claims the singer is facing are racketeering, sex trafficking and prostitution.
Now, prison expert Larry Levine has claimed that Diddy is now struggling to adapt to life behind bars and is being visited daily by a team of psychologists. Speaking on the Trial of Diddy podcast, airing on the Daily Mail website, the specialist said that his mental health is being prioritised.

Larry claimed: "He's not really on suicide watch but my inside source there tells me that there is [people] coming by to visit with him several times a day, you know, to make sure that he's okay. He's got somebody from the psychology department coming out to visit with him so it's like a game that they play with the inmates.
"Remember, he's not playing chess," Larry added. "He's in a cell by himself."
Working with inmates to prepare them for prison life, Larry said that due to his status, Diddy is being treated differently to the other prisoners in the jail. According to sources working in the jail, he is being given extras while enduring his stint in prison, including extra showers during the week.
The Metropolitan Detention Centre is reviled for its terrible conditions, with gang fights often breaking out between inmates. Currently, some 1,200 people call the prison home, and it has seen a host of other disgraced celebs walk through its doors - including sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and former rap legend R Kelly.
One of Sean's attorneys, Marc Agnifilo, explained following a court hearing earlier this month that the star was finding the conditions tough. Addressing the media, he said: "I think the food's probably the roughest part of it."
It comes as seven new cases have been brought against the Bad Boy producer in the last week. The claims relate to incidents which alleged that the rapper had either sexually assaulted or raped those bringing the cases to court, with the attacks taking place between 2000 and 2022.
From the new allegations that have been lodged against the star, two of the claimants are men and three are women. One of these women claimed that Diddy had drugged and raped her at an afterparty for the MTV VMAs in 2000s, when she was aged just 13.
In total, some 120 victims have come forward with their own individual instances of sexual assault at the hands of the rapper. Sean continues to deny all of the allegations being made against him.
