Paddy McGuinness has offered a rare glimpse into his personal life, nearly three years after parting ways with his wife Christine, the mother of his three children.
The doting dad has revealed how he's altered one particular habit in recent times, while discussing his home life and caring for his kids: "Before the kids, I used to dread Mondays because it was back to work," he confessed to the Guardian.
The Take Me Out host disclosed how he has now "got his life back" after one significant change at home, adding: "Now Mondays are the day where you get your life back – at least between 9am and 3pm, when they're at school. Monday for me is: 'Let's do what I've not been able to do over the weekend.' "
Announcing their split in 2022 through a joint statement, the former couple said: "A while ago we took the difficult decision to separate but our main focus was as always is to continue loving and supporting our children.

Despite parting ways nearly three years ago, Paddy and the Real Housewives of Cheshire star reportedly continue to cohabit for the sake of their three children, all of whom are on the autistic spectrum.
Rising to stardom in the early 2000s alongside beloved comedian Peter Kay, he featured with the comic in his That Peter Kay Thing, and Phoenix Nights in the same year. Paddy's career continued to flourish with numerous TV appearances, including a new BBC role.
He tied the knot with model and TV personality Christine in June 2011, and together they welcomed three children; Leo, Penelope and Felicity.
Paddy is set to make a comeback on TV tonight (Tuesday, January 7) in BBC One's Inside The Factory at 8pm, where he will co-star with Cherry Healey as they delve into some of the nation's largest food production factories.
