Paige DeSorbo Apologizes to Marcello Hernandez After Cheating Rumors: ‘Embarrassing’

Breakups are messy. This is especially true for celebrities and reality TV stars. And Summer House’s Paige DeSorbo is learning this the hard way. She’s dealing with cheating rumors in her split with Craig Conover from Southern Charm. And now Marcello Hernandez is getting pulled into the drama.

The Saturday Night Live star has been named as allegedly having hooked up with Paige and being the reason for her and Craig’s split. And while Marcello’s famous SNL character Domingo, would have no qualms hooking up with an engaged girl, life does not imitate art. 

Paige confirmed nothing happened between them and she apologized to Marcello for fans dragging him into the madness.

Paige texted Marcello to say sorry that he was dragged onto the hate train

It’s already sad and shocking enough that Paige and Craig split up. It looks like the rumor mill will get uglier before it gets better. Paige was previously accused of cheating online and then rumors named Marcello as her hook-up partner.

Because Marcello got hate messages, Paige felt compelled to message him and apologize she shared on her The Giggly Squad podcast.

“I was like, ‘Hey umm… just wanna let you know there’s, like, a rumor going around that I cheated on my boyfriend with you,” she said. And he was like, “F**k yeah!”

She shared that she apologized that he was being dragged into the madness. “I was like, ‘Marcello, I am so f**king sorry. Like this is so embarrassing.”

Paige explained that she usually doesn’t “care about any rumor that is ever said” about her but felt weird because the rumors now involved a third party. And she was uncertain if Marcello had a girlfriend. She didn’t want to jam him up.

For his part, Craig has kept mum about the gossip which Paige also seemed to point out on her podcast. “No one involved was defending me which I found interesting,” she said. Although she did confirm that there was no bad blood between her and the Southern Charm star.
