Pals Allege Why Russell Crowe ‘Has Put Wedding Plans on Ice’ With His Much-Younger GF 

Russell Crowe may be a Hollywood staple, but he’s quite private about his personal life. For instance, did you know he’s been in a relationship with former actress Britney Theriot for multiple years now? And insiders even allege that they’re engaged? Okay you’re caught up, but here’s another thing you may not know: the pair may have to push their wedding plans.

Insiders at Knewz.com revealed that the 60-year-old actor might be pushing wedding plans aside with his 32-year-old partner because of his busy schedule.

A friend of the movie star told the outlet, “Russell’s schedule has been crazy this year, and next year is looking even worse. He’s having a midlife career revival and not even Britney would expect him to turn these opportunities down, but it’s not leaving any room for a wedding or even talk of wedding plans.”

The pal added that the alleged wedding plans are “moving along at zero miles an hour,” but Theriot is helping Crowe with his career.

“She’s listed as his assistant on all of his projects now and she deserves it. She’s become a huge source of inspiration, but if he keeps stringing her along he might blow it,” the insider alleged. “She won’t want to wait around forever.”

For those who don’t know, Crowe and Theriot met back in 2013 while filming Broken City. However, Crowe was married at the time to Danielle Spencer, with whom he was with from 2003 to 2018.

He and Theriot didn’t start dating until 2020, not making their red carpet debut until 2022. Then, Crowe reportedly proposed to her in Feb 2023, and now, it seems they’ll wait a bit longer to walk down the aisle.
