Pardison Fontaine And Cardi B have dropped their latest collaboration, “Toot It Up,” after eight years in the making.
The visual, directed by Jon J Visuals, finds the two New Yorkers at a “Miss Toot-It-Up” pageant, with Judge Fat Joe making a cameo. The pair perform the explicit tune on stage while contestants compete in “tooting” it for the crowd. Strippers also share center stage, keeping the energy high on the party record.
“Said I’ma toot that a**, toot, toot that a**, If you a ballplayer, I’m tryna recruit that a**, Said I taste like ice cream you wanna scoop that a**, Turn around, through the ground, Uncle Luke that a**,” Cardi raps on the track Pardi revealed earlier this week was sitting in his hard drive for eight years.
““It’s BEEN 8 YEARS @iamcardib,” he wrote alongside a song snippet. “GET THIS SONG OFF MY HARD DRIVE!!! N THEY KEEP ASKING FOR THIS !!!” Check out the video above.
The video comes days after Cardi replied to Megan Thee Stallion fans who felt she “betrayed” their friendship by working with the Houston hottie’s ex-boyfriend. Fans brought up Pardi’s diss record toward Megan, “Thee Person,” in particular as reason for them to cut ties.
As a longtime friend of Pardison, however, Cardi refuses to do so. “I been knowing this person since 2012,” she said, calling him her “best friend.”
“That’s why when people be in relationships, I be out the way and mind my business, ‘cuz, God forbid, something happens, I’m letting both of them know right now, I am not gonna stop talking to both of them. I f**ks with both of y’all…at the end of the day, I f**k with both of y’all and love both of y’all.”
