Plaqueboy Max seems perplexed by Fivio Foreign’s presumed diss, asking the chat during a recent stream whether he was being dissed or shouted out in the widely shared snippet.
As you may have seen, Fivio, who’s been in and out of Max-centered headlines in recent days alongside Lil Tjay, previewed a song on TikTok over the weekend in which he mentions Max by name multiple times, like so:
"And my real name Max
And I really got plaques
Double digits, no cap
I'm the real Plaqueboymax
Plaqueboymax
Plaqueboymax
Plaqueboymax
I'm the real Plaqueboymax"
“Hold on, Fivie. You dissing me or shouting me out?” Max said when later reacting to the clip, telling the chat “this is the one” and urging them to ensure its virality. From there, Max zeroed in on the “my real name Max” lyric, prompting a quick Googling of the B.I.B.L.E. artist’s real name, which is, in fact, Maxie Lee Ryles III.
Max also addressed fans’ remarks about Fivio’s age (34), noting that there is “no age when you gotta stop rapping” and “no age limit on greatness.” Elaborating further, he detailed how he says he’ll be interacting with the clip on TikTok in the near future.
“Every time I hear this song, I will be hitting Not Interested, reason: other,” he said. ‘If they got harassment, I’ll click that shit. Y’all make sure y’all get this shit going though. But not on my TikTok. This not For You page. Sorry. Can’t do it. No sir.”
Speaking more generally, Max asked fans why, exactly, they’re so insistent on urging him to join in on the dissing.
“Why do y’all wanna bring that side of me out?” he asked. “That’s a super negative side of me. I don’t give a fuck to diss neither of these n***as.”
Tucking in another assessment of the diss in question, which also sees Fivio mentioning Kai Cenat (“In the crib, countin' all my plaques/Tell Kai Cenat to React to that”), Max added: “The shit he made, he’s dissing himself. He’s damn near dissing himself.”
Incredibly, this all stems from a mid-stream incident in which Tjay and Fivio seemingly left the premises early due to being politely urged not to smoke inside due to fire alarm concerns. A back-and-forth ensued, with Max having since provided additional context on the situation.
