A very grown-up Prince George walked proudly with his parents and the rest of the Royal Family to church on Christmas morning.
The 11-year-old looked much taller as he walked alongside his dad Prince William to church in Sandringham with the royal party led by King Charles and Queen Camilla. William also clutched the hand of Princess Charlotte, nine, while Prince Louis, aged six, held the hand of his mum, Kate. And royal fans couldn't help but notice the same thing when it came to George and his siblings and their very co-ordinated outfits. Kate wore a deep green Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen coat, along with a matching coloured hat and a tartan scarf.

One fan wrote on X: "I love all of it and especially the co-ordination with Prince William and George, Charlotte and Louis." Another said: " Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis all got the memo about this being a very green Christmas for the Wales family." While one added: "If you look at Prince George's tie it looks like it matches his mom's scarf."
While others noticed George's growing height, one remarked: "Prince George! Prince William is 1.91m (6’3”) and George is almost shoulder height." While another said: "Prince George taller by day!

Christmas comes at the end of a highly challenging year for the Wales family following Kate's cancer diagnosis and subsequent chemotherapy treatment. In her highly personal video from several months ago, where she revealed her chemotherapy treatment had finished she said that she was doing all she could to remain "cancer free".
She also spoke of how she was "looking forward to being back at work and undertaking a few more public engagements in the coming months". In recent weeks, she has attend Remembrance weekend events while in the summer she was at Wimbledon for the men's final and she also made an appearance at Trooping the Colour in June. Kate also took part in the Qatar state visit to the UK in early December as part of her gradual return to royal duties.
Earlier this month at her Christmas Carol Concert at Westminster Abbey, the princess also reflected on ther tough 2024. She was heard telling singer Paloma Faith: "I didn’t know this year was going to be the year I’ve just had." When Faith replied "the unplanned", Kate said: "The unplanned, exactly. But I think lots of people this year have had such challenging times."
