Princess Kate's favourite evening tipple that Prince William always makes for her

1 month ago 10

Those who fancy a nightcap to unwind after ticking off their daily tasks often have a favourite drink, and it seems Princess Kate is no different.

After her three children - Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis - are in bed, the Princess of Wales reportedly savours a specific beverage, which Prince William is said to prepare for her.

The Royal couple has navigated through some tough times recently, as Kate underwent chemotherapy and had to withdraw from her Royal duties, staying away from the limelight. Meanwhile, Prince William juggled his Royal responsibilities with caring for his wife and their young children.

Insiders claim that Kate was deeply moved and "genuinely touched" by William's dedication and cheerful support.

The simple act of making her an evening drink is perhaps a testament to the strength of their relationship, which has remained solid since they first met in 2001 as students at the University of St. Andrews, more than two decades ago, reports the Mirror.

Kate Middleton's favourite way to unwind after a busy day is with one of the UK's most beloved drinks—a gin and tonic. Edinburgh Live quoted a palace source who disclosed: "William will bring Kate a gin and tonic. They look after each other but in different ways."

The Royal couple often share lighthearted banter about their home life; for instance, during a Radio 1 interview, they joked about who would cook dinner later that evening, with William looking to Kate, who teased back: "You're looking at me?" before revealing she might make a teriyaki salmon or curry for the family.

Marie Claire reported claims from sources stating Kate was particularly appreciative of how much William had supported her during a notably tough time in their marriage, highlighting how William has taken on additional responsibilities with a positive attitude.

It was noted, he: "shouldered a lot of the responsibilities, and, what's more, he seems to be having fun doing it. Kate has seen the change, and she's genuinely touched by all that he's doing - not just for her, but for the children."

Another source remarked on the significance of the couple's wedding vows saying: "They remember their vows they said at their wedding...It forced her and William to take a good look at their priorities and be more grateful for what they have. Their vows have never been more profound as they navigate this difficult time."
