Redmi Buds 6 with 42-hour maximum battery life launched in India

Along with the new Redmi Note 14 series and Xiaomi Sound Outdoor Speaker, Xiaomi India has unveiled the Redmi Buds 6 TWS earphones. The true wireless earphones are compatible with the Xiaomi Earbuds app and offer 360-degree spatial sound with a low latency of up to 60 ms. 49dB hybrid active noise cancellation is one of its features. A 475mAh battery with a 42-hour maximum battery life is included with the Redmi Buds 6 case. They also offer IP54 resistance to dust and splashes.

Redmi Buds 6 India will be available for Rs 2,999 in India. From December 13 to December 19, Buds 6 will be offered at a special launch price of Rs 2,799 only. The earphones will be available in three colour options Ivy Green, Spectre Black, and Titan White.

Beginning on December 13, the earphones will be available for purchase nationwide. The device will be available for purchase on Amazon, mi.com, and Xiaomi retail locations.

Redmi Buds 6 Specifications

The Redmi Buds 6 comes with silicone ear tips and a classic in-ear style. The device is IP54-rated to withstand dust and splashes. There are micro-piezoelectric ceramic components measuring 5.5mm and titanium diaphragms measuring 12.4mm. The earphones include in-ear detection for pausing and restarting audio playback.

There is an AI-powered dual microphone system with AI support and wind noise reduction. The device offers up to 49dB ANC and 360-degree spatial audio support. It provides low latency of up to 60 ms for less lag when streaming or gaming.

Regarding battery life, the Redmi Buds 6 Packs have a 475mAh internal battery. Each earbud includes a 54mAh battery. It comes with a playback duration of up to 42 hours. A single charge lasts for ten hours and a fast charge lasts four hours or more. An LED light panel and USB Type-C port are characteristics of the charging case.

Dual device connectivity and Bluetooth 5.4 are supported. The Redmi Buds 6 are compatible with the Xiaomi Earbuds app, which allows you to customise gesture controls and equalisation settings.
