According to court documents exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun, the couple lived in two different states between 2016 and 2018.

In a March 2018 lawsuit, Todd and Bronwyn are listed as defendants in the case filed by a Utah resident who was allegedly attacked by one of their Boxer dogs.

Though the incident allegedly took place in 2016, the complainant stated Todd resided in California and Bronwyn lived in Utah at the time of filing in 2018.

The fashion influencer lived with her dog keeper at the time in Park City, Utah, while the tech exec lived in San Francisco, per the court docs.

It is known that the couple met in San Francisco in 2014 when she was working in finance, and married in 2016.

“Newport-Bradley told investigating animal control officer Vernon that the dog belonged to her and that [the dog keeper] worked for her, took care of the dog, and transported the dog back and forth between Park City and San Francisco, where Defendant Richard Todd Bradley was residing,” the person suing the couple claimed.

“While in Utah, the dog lived with [the dog keeper] and Newport-Bradley at [address withheld] in Park City, Utah. As the dog’s owner... at the time of the subject incident, Newport-Bradley is strictly liable for Davidson’s injuries committed by the dog.”

The documents also claim that Todd purchased the Park City property in 2015 to use as his “second home,” but rather than the businessman traveling back and forth between the two states, it was the dog who was "regularly transported" to his owner in San Francisco.

The mansion Bronwyn and Todd live in now was purchased in September 2021.

It’s unclear if the duo lived separately up until they moved into their current home.

'VICIOUS DOG'

The incident allegedly happened when the Plaintiff was walking along the Split Rail Trail, a public recreational trail in Summit County, Utah, in November 2016.

As the Plaintiff approached Bronwyn’s dog keeper, who was walking a leashed Boxer, the complainant “extended her hand toward the dog to allow the dog to sniff her hand.”

The friendly gesture took a turn for the worse as the dog then “bit [Plaintiff’s] hand causing severe injuries necessitating surgery,” according to the docs reviewed by The U.S. Sun.

The Plaintiff suffered economic damages, lost wages, loss of earning capacity and loss of the ability to provide household services. She also suffered non-economic damages “resulting from physical and emotional pain and suffering, and loss of the enjoyment of life.”

The lawsuit holds the dog owners responsible for the injury since they, according to the lawsuit, were aware that the dog was “vicious or mischievous.”

The initial complaint was amended three months later since the complainant believed it was a Tier 2 complaint rather than a Tier 1.

In the State of Utah, Tier 1 is categorized as damages $50,000 or less, whereas Tier 2 is categorized as damages more than $50,000 but less than $300,000.

MORE LAWSUITS

Bronwyn and Todd filed their response to the lawsuit in June 2018, denying many of the allegations.

However, they admitted that there were conversations with the police officer concerning the dog’s living arrangements.

They also admitted that the reality star “owns the dog and the dog sometimes stays with her” in Park City.

The U.S. Sun has reached out to Bronwyn and Todd’s attorney for comment on this story, but did not immediately hear back.

The lawsuit was eventually dismissed with prejudice in September 2018 after the Plaintiff and Defendants “fully compromised and settled” the issues at hand.

The U.S. Sun previously reported on two other similar biting incidents that involved the couple’s dogs, but the attacks allegedly took place at their new home and occurred in the past two years: one involving an Instacart employee and the other with an Amazon employee.

MARRIAGE STRUGGLES

Season 5 of RHOSLC welcomed Bronwyn as a new cast member. She was introduced to the group by her good friend Lisa Barlow.

However, while on the Palm Springs trip, Lisa and her husband almost got kicked off for stirring drama with Bronwyn.

Following the trip, Todd told his wife that she “ruined” the afternoon by acting in a way that he’s never seen before.

The housewife then said in her confessional, “Todd’s approval might mean everything to me. So to not only be missing the mark but to be on a totally different page on the mark, this is incredibly hard for me to hear.”

During the couple’s anniversary dinner, which also took place in Palm Springs, Todd “embarrassed” Bronwyn by shutting down any talk of her daughter Gwen’s non-existent relationship with the 18-year-old’s paternal grandparents.

She confessed to cameras: “It’s Todd who embarrasses me in this moment as much as I love him. There is definitely a dynamic around anger and frustration that Todd and I handle very differently. Todd has a very specific stopping point and there is no going past that.”

Following this, in the November 27 episode, Todd scolded his wife during Meredith Mark’s Shabbat dinner for saying “c**t” during the special evening.

According to the midseason trailer, fans will continue to see the couple argue.

Heather Gay told Whitney Rose: “I think he’s kind of mean to her. He dismisses her.”

Moments later, Bronwyn told her co-stars: “If you want to speak about my husband, we can talk about the real s**t I’ve gone through with Todd.”

In November of this year, Bronwyn told Page Six in an interview that she and her husband are “super happy and stable and totally great.”

New episodes of RHOSLC air every Wednesday at 8pm ET on Bravo.
