RHOSLC Season 5 Finale Preview: Meredith Marks Apologizes to Heather Gay

On Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 5, Episode 15, fans saw Heather Gay and Meredith Marks in a heated confrontation. Heather found herself utterly paranoid about the possibility of being recorded. Meanwhile, Meredith was concerned about the way her costars were talking about her.

When the cast caught Britani Bateman trying to record their conversation in the sprinter van, paranoia ensued. Meredith considered the possibility that Britani may have bugged her room. However, these concerns more or less disappeared as Meredith thought her costars were talking about her marriage.

So, Heather had to juggle Meredith’s anger and the suspicions of a recording device. All of this on top of working on her new book. As Meredith walked into her room and rambled about being “defamed”, Heather heard it all via her audio tests. Despite the success, things still got heated, and Heather had to point that out.

Meredith Marks feels she has to lose her temper with her friends

As the trip to Mexico continued, Meredith found herself at breakfast wearing a sleeping mask over one eye. Heather soon joined her at the table. Meredith revealed she woke up at 4 a.m. with a “scratched cornea.” Things were cordial at first, but Heather decided to be blunt.

“I don’t think you’ve ever yelled and screamed at me before,” she said. Meredith admitted that she never felt heard unless she lost her temper. “We are friends, you don’t have to yell at me,” Heather said. Meredith admitted, “I should not have yelled. I agree.” Even so, the tension remained.

More than anything, Heather was mad that Meredith jeopardized her little nighttime operation. After a long silence, Heather finally said, “Well, I accept your apology.” Note that Meredith didn’t actually apologize for anything. Nevertheless, she said, “Thank you.”

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 5 finale airs Wednesday, January 15, at 8/7c on Bravo.
