Rosie O'Donnell's daughter has been released from jail on a $4,000 bond on conditions she cannot touch alcohol or drugs after being arrested twice within a matter of weeks, following a court appearance on November 12.
Chelsea O'Donnell has been ordered to maintain "absolute sobriety" whilst she's on bail as per the orders of a court in Wisconsin after she had spent time over a month behind bars at Oconto County Sheriff's Office.
She faces seven felony charges after two incidents involving methamphetamine. In September, authorities found drugs and a meth pipe in her home with her 11-month-old present, leading to charges including child neglect and drug possession.
Then in October, she was caught attempting to discard a meth pipe and found with meth and pills, resulting in an additional four felony charges and the conditions of her bail being to stay away from drugs and alcohol.
"Defendant shall not possess/consume alcoholic beverages," a court order reads, as per In Touch. "Defendant shall not possess/consume any illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia/controlled substances without a valid prescription.
"Defendant shall immediately report to the Sheriff's Department for fingerprinting and photographing."
Why was Chelsea O'Donnell arrested twice?
Law enforcement at Marinette County Sheriff's Office on September 10 reported to a 9/11 call made by the 27-year-old where they observed her with dilated pupils and later found a meth pipe at the scene and residue on her.
They also found a black container and white pills on the daughter of the actress and personality, describing the interior of the home she was at as "disgusting" with "rotten food, dirty moldy dishes, milk that stunk", as per In Touch.
O'Donnel and her boyfriend, Jacob Nelund, had an 11-month-old baby at the property with the serious drugs being situated in the same bedroom as the meth pipe, whilst a marijuana grinder was there too.
As a result, Chelsea was detained and charged on four felony counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place, child neglect, possession of methamphetamine and possession of THC and released on bond.
Then on October 11, she was stopped whilst driving and law enforcement reported the mother attempting to discard a meth pipe into a local river, only for it to hit a fence and bounce back towards the car.
Officers found meth and pills on her and she was subsequently charged with three felonies of possession of meth, bail jumping, possession of narcotics to go with her pre-existing charges from September.
As a result, she faces seven felony charges and will reappear in court on December 12 as her family continues to try to support her.
