SHE’S the sizzling blonde who’s just stepped into the villa, ready to bring some serious heat to All Stars Love Island.
At 32, this fitness fanatic - who first graced our screens on the ITV2 hit back in 2017 - looks as radiant as ever, defying time with her stunning transformation.
But her journey hasn’t always been smooth.
In the past, she’s spoken candidly about her struggles with body confidence.
Fast forward to today, and it’s clear she’s made an incredible transformation.
Her social media is packed with glimpses into her intense weight training routine, along with jaw-dropping before-and-after photos showcasing a decade of hard work and dedication.
Now entering the villa, Gabby’s transformation is clear.
Dr. Aamer Khan, medical lead at The Harley Street Skin Clinic London, says: “Gabby Allen looks like a much more beautiful woman as she prepares to re-enter the Love Island villa.
"Her transformed appearance reflects a clear dedication to health, fitness, and perhaps some aesthetic enhancements.
“At 32, Gabby, like many women in their thirties, is in her physical prime.
“This naturally contributes to the sculpted look and defined facial features we see today compared to her twenties.
“She now strikes a perfect balance of beauty and vitality, enhancing her natural good looks.
“However, it’s possible that Gabby has had some tweakments.”

Here, we take a closer look at the potential procedures and fitness tricks Gabby may have had done to achieve her enviable new look.
The Face
While Gabby’s dedication to fitness and a healthy lifestyle has certainly played a role in her transformation, it’s clear she’s had some aesthetic enhancements since her first appearance on Love Island.
Dr. Saleena Zimri, founder of the Skin Doctor Clinics, explains: "Previously, Gabby’s face carried more baby fat and fullness.
"While her cheeks are still full, her overall look is now more sculpted, smooth, and refined - plus wrinkle-free.
“She’s openly admitted to having dermal filler on her neck to smooth out deep-set creases and minimise sagging.
"The filler creates a blurred skin effect, reducing lines while plumping and hydrating the skin.”
The Smile
Gabby’s lips also appear to have had a subtle transformation, with added volume and definition.
Dr. Saleena notes: “Her lips are more prominent now. While her bottom lip was naturally fuller, both her top and bottom lips appear plumper.
"I’d suggest she’s had a lip-flip using dermal filler, along with multiple top-ups, as there’s some visible filler migration above the top lip.”
Dr. Aamer Khan adds: “Her bright and even smile could be the result of dental veneers, which would explain the uniformity and brightness of her teeth.”
The Skin
To maintain her youthful and radiant complexion, it’s likely Gabby has also turned to Botox.
Dr. Saleena explains: “Her face looks more defined and sharper compared to her softer baby face from before.
"She may have had chin filler and masseter Botox, along with Botox on her forehead to smooth the skin’s texture.”
Botox is commonly used to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, offering a temporary smoothing effect.
Dr. Aamer adds: “Botox may have been applied to smooth out forehead lines and crow’s feet.
"Lip fillers have enhanced the volume and shape of her lips, while polynucleotide treatments - injections made from salmon DNA fragments - may have improved the texture and elasticity of the skin around her top lip, contributing to a youthful glow.”
The stunning blond is also likely to have had high-end facials.
Dr. Omar Tillo, plastic surgeon and senior medical director at CREO Clinic, says: “She likely incorporates advanced skin rejuvenation treatments, such as laser therapy and microneedling, to keep her skin radiant and fresh.”
The Diet
The former dancer has shared how her early twenties were far from the healthy lifestyle she now embraces.
Working in a burger bar at the time, she found herself in an unhealthy routine, “eating two burgers a day.”
Gabby explained how her lifestyle didn’t improve when she went travelling, admitting she spent time in Miami indulging in a “tub of Ben and Jerry’s every day” before heading to Malaysia to teach dance.
Eventually, she returned to the UK and decided it was time to make a change.
Her “turning point” came when she chose to study for her personal trainer qualification.
She reflected on her past struggles: “I used to go through a cycle of binge eating and starving. I used to obsessively count and allow myself very low calories, then get so hungry I’d binge on SH***.
"I used to do fad diets like juice plus and then binge again. I used to go out and drink four bottles of wine, eat a Chinese on the way home, then have a fry-up the next day and not move a muscle.
"I was miserable, I lacked structure, motivation, discipline, and drive.”
The Body Works
Fast forward seven years, Gabby says she’s still a “work in progress” but has come a long way.
“Building strength in my body is the driving force in my life. It makes me feel strong inside and out, and I couldn’t do without it,” she added.
Earlier this year, Gabby revealed that her time on Love Island left her feeling deeply insecure about her body, which ultimately led her to undergo breast augmentation. However, the procedure didn’t go as planned, leaving her with a botched result.
Speaking to The Sun’s Fabulous magazine, she reflected on how her insecurities played out during her time on the show: “When I was there, I was 25 and fabulous. But I still had a meltdown on the show.
"It was about my boobs. I didn’t directly say that, or maybe I did. But I had no boobs - I just wasn’t naturally well-endowed.
“There were a lot of girls on the show who had lovely big boobs, whether fake or real.
"They were all getting loads of dates, and I was like, ‘Is it because I haven’t got any boobs, or is it just because nobody actually wants me?'"
Gabby, then a 34B, left the show determined to get a boob job, and forked out £5,00 for implants in London before then heading to Turkey and going up to DD.
Dr. Aamer says: “Combined with her fitness as a professional dancer and trainer, these factors have contributed to a more chiselled and attractive look, pointing to the fact that self-care and non-surgical procedures can work in harmony to elevate natural beauty."
