Kamala Harris (Maya Rudolph) was looking for a viral moment during her testy interview with Fox News‘ Bret Baier (Alec Baldwin) during the Saturday Night Live cold open.
The sketch was filled with plenty of moments where Baier interrupted Harris, similar to his real interview with the vice president early this week. But the host of Special Report with Bret Baier also asked Harris if she was “here to answer questions or just looking for a viral moment?”
“Oh, please, I am not looking for a viral moment,” Rudolph’s Harris says. “See how I don’t let a man interrupt my answers, very demure, very mindful.”
Michael Keaton returned to Studio 8H to host the sketch comedy show for the fourth time on Saturday, with Billie Eilish as musical guest.
