Solange Knowles Surprises Chief Keef During Post-Concert Link-Up

The Chicago rapper was seemingly surprised by the R&B singer's fandom.

Chief Keef was surprised with a visit from Solange after a recent concert. In video footage shared by The Neighborhood Talk, the Chicago rapper was seemingly shocked that the R&B singer is a fan of his work.

“What the f**k is going on,” he exclaims in one clip after the “Mad” singer asks about his work on the keys. “Solange my bestie,” he declares in another.

The link-up comes as Chief Keef continues his A Lil Tour run with Lil Gnar and the Glo Boyz. Initially set for Summer 2024, the trek was postponed due to a medical emergency. The “Love Sosa” rhymer was able to kick off his journey last week in San Francisco.

The tour comes as Chief Keef released his fifth studio album Almighty So 2 in May 2024. The 16-track project features Sexyy Red, G Herbo, Lil Gnar, Tierra Whack, Quavo, and more.

Earlier this summer, he returned to his hometown for his first local show in over a decade at the 2024 Lyrical Lemonade Summer Smash Festival.

“I’m about to be 29 years old. Man, I came in at 16 years old. I was just young,” he began. “The street life and everything that came with that had me in a [chokehold]. So, when I moved to LA, I started getting better as a person. So, it took for me to come to LA to grow out of what I was,” detailed the rapper to Zane Lowe at Apple Music earlier this year.

He added, “Now, I’m even talking. You couldn’t get me to f**king talk in an interview.”
