Members of Amazon Prime and Prime Video can try Apple TV+ free for seven days. After the first week, the streaming service auto-renews at $9.99 monthly. A subscription to Prime ($14.99 per month or $139 per year) or the standalone Prime Video service ($8.99 monthly) is required, and both include a free 30-day trial for eligible new customers.

Apple TV+ is now the same price as Hulu‘s ad-supported base plan (which increases to $9.99 per month on Oct. 17) and more expensive than Netflix’s monthly service ($7.99 and up monthly)— but you get award-winning series and movies such as Killers of the Flower Moon, Ted Lasso and The Morning Show; top-notch sci-fi including Dark Matter and Silo; and live TV sports streaming for Major League Soccer.
