South Korea Impeaches Second President in Two Weeks

South Korean Parliament voted to impeach acting President Han Duck-soo, just days after his predecessor Yoon Suk Yeol was impeached over declaring martial law.

The opposition Democratic Party voted to impeach Han for failing to immediately appoints three judges to fill vacancies at the country's Constitutional Court.

The latest move further deepens the political crisis engulfing the Asian nation, which is a major ally of the United States.
