Tammy Slaton wants to date women

Tammy Slaton has decided she wants to date women. She said being with a man “doesn’t feel right” and added: “Lately I’ve been feeling like it’s time for me to start moving on and to start seeking love again.”

“This time, I’m thinking of seeing a female,” Slaton explained. “As it stands, I don’t want to be with another man. It doesn’t feel right. I don’t even have those feelings for a guy anymore after Caleb passed.”

She spoke about her sexuality on TikTok earlier this year and said, “No, I’m not trans. I’m just a supporter of everybody. I was saying I was pansexual but I stopped messing with guys after my husband passed.

“So, I’m like a lesbian. I was just showing support. I’m not a hater. Love is love. Everybody deserves love whether they’re gay, straight, trans, pan, bi, nonbinary, whatever. I’m just a lover,” she added.

Her late husband died a year ago

Tammy lost her late husband, Caleb Willingham, died almost a year ago. The two got married after meeting in a rehabilitation center together, while they both attempted to lose weight.

She said on 1000-lb Sisters, “It’s almost been a year since Caleb passed. I think I’m ready to start looking for somebody,” months after they met at Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Gibsonburg, Ohio.

At the time, Tammy was working on her weight loss journey. The two fell in love and quickly married in November 2022, but seven months later, Caleb died at the age of 40 of unknown causes.
