Tarek El Moussa Shows How Far He's Come in His Relationship With Ex Christina Hall

Christina Hall is fighting with her estranged husband, Josh Hall, but it looks like she’s completely mended fences with her first ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa. Her former Flip or Flop co-star joked about his ex-wife in an Instagram spoof that featured his current wife, Heather Rae El Moussa.

Tarek and Heather were in a flooring store when they came across the perfect style that just happened to be from Christina’s line. Heather gave her nod of approval while Tarek humorously looked on in defeat. He wrote in the video, “When you can’t even look at flooring without being reminded of your ex.” To add even more emphasis to the situation, he added in the caption, “When the ex is still haunting me🤣🤣.”

Don’t read anything into the social media post, though. The former couple are co-parenting their two kids, daughter Taylor, 14, and son Brayden, 9, amicably and have put the drama behind them for good. The trio will be teaming up in 2025 for HGTV’s The Flipoff which proves there is a happy life after a contentious divorce. The only one who might not be pleased about the situation is Josh, who was axed from the show after he split from Christina. 

Tarek threw his support behind his ex-wife in an E! News interview in September. “Christina is doing great,” he revealed. “She has the support of her family; she has the kids and she’s working her tail off.” Heather also promised that her husband was the odd one out of this equation.

“We do like to gang up on him,” she joked while Tarek confirmed that at some point, “it’ll be the girls against me” on their upcoming TV show. 

The trio has come a long way in making their blended family work after their well-documented argument on the soccer field in 2022. Heather and Tarek versus Christina and Josh were captured by the Daily Mail during one of the kids’ sports matches, and it was ugly. Eventually, a soccer coach had to intervene to stop the fiery conversation because it was becoming a distraction from what was happening out on the field. 

Just hours later, Brayden was rushed to the hospital for an emergency appendectomy and the adults realized they had to put their differences aside for good. Their child’s scary medical situation was more important than any beef they had with each other. Christina’s rep made sure to put out a statement showing that they were going to look for a more peaceful resolution in the future. “A personal matter was discussed and has since been resolved. We are focused on co-parenting as a team moving forward,” per Us Weekly. 

Everyone has held true to their word since that fateful day over two years ago with Tarek and Christina making major strides in their now-healthy friendship.
