Taylor Swift has offered 'seats with no view' for her final three Eras Tour shows

Taylor Swift's upcoming gigs are offering "seats with no view" so fans desperate to see the pop megastar can still attend.

Those who picked up the "no stage view seats" paid just £8.40 ($15 CAD) to see The Tortured Poet's Department songwriter, who is set to play her final tour dates of The Eras Tour in Canada next month.

Her three dates from December 6 to December 8 are now fully sold out, although some fans of Swift are split over whether the tickets - cheap they may be - are worth it. Some fans suggested it could be a great way for those who missed out on the tour dates across the US and UK to see Swift

One X user wrote: "I'd usually argue against this, but since they’re so cheap and it's her last round of shows from the most celebrated tour in her career, I'm sure everyone who missed out would love these. Wish I was Canadian." A dedicated fan account shared photographs of how many fans were left sitting outside one venue to hear Swift perform, adding that many were "begging" for extra allocation whatever the cost.

One fan said just hearing the music would be enough, as well as the experience of meeting others at the gig. They wrote: "I honestly wish EVERY venue had this! I would have bought these in a heartbeat for Metlife. I would have had a blast trading friendship bracelets and dancing the night away. Like throw a screen or a two back there and I would have given anything to be there."

But not everyone was impressed. One viral post on X states: "I'd say this should be illegal but anyone who’s stupid enough to buy it deserves to waste their money."

The three dates in Vancouver mark the end of The Eras Tour, which started on March 17, 2023 in Glendale, Arizona.

The tour stopped off in the UK this year with three dates at Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh, along with three dates at Anfield Stadium in Liverpool and one show at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff. Swift also performed three back-to-back shows at Wembley Stadium in June this year, before returning in August for a run of five further Wembley shows.
