IT really is Taylor Swift's world we are living in.
Spotify has released its annual UK and global streaming charts for 2024 and in news that will come as a shock to absolutely nobody, Taylor has totally dominated the last 12 months.
For the second year running the Look What You Made Me Do superstar was the most streamed artist in the UK.
She beat competition from rappers Drake and Kanye West who came in second and third.
Fellow mega-stars Billie Eilish and The Weeknd completed the Top Five.
And when it comes to our nation’s most streamed albums of this year, Taylor also reigns supreme.

Her No1 eleventh album The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology took the top spot - having been released in April with a beefy 31 tracks.
Taylor’s pal Sabrina Carpenter landed the second most streamed album in the UK thanks to her hit-packed record Short n’ Sweet.
The album contains three No1 singles, Espresso, Please Please Please and Taste.
Meanwhile, American singer/songwriter Noah Kahan's third album Stick Season came in at No3.
But that’s not all.
Continuing her domination, Taylor also landed two more positions in the Top Ten most streamed albums.

1989 (Taylor’s Version) — released October 2023 — came in at No5 while her seventh album Lover, released in 2019, came in at No9.
Lover has enjoyed a boost over the past 12 months thanks to fan favourite track Cruel Summer which is the opening track to Taylor’s record-breaking Eras Tour world tour.
The UK’s most streamed song came from Noah Kahan’s Stick Season which hit the No1 spot back in October 2023.
Ashamedly, no home-grown talent made it on to any of the most streamed Top Ten charts despite the rise of Charli XCX and her cult record Brat.
Globally, the story was the same.
Taylor was once again the most streamed artist on earth - clocking up 26.6 billion streams worldwide.
No home-grown talent
That’s more than three times the population of the planet.
Taylor was followed by The Weeknd and Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny at No2 and No3.
And the Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology was also the most streamed album in the world.
Globally the most streamed song came in the form of Sabrina Carpenter’s mega hit Espresso.
As for Team Bizarre, our Howell Davies uses rival Apple Music but found his top artist was Kacey Musgraves and he spent 2,184 minutes listening to Charli XCX.
Our Jack found himself listening to his top artist Taylor Swift for a concerning 19,113 minutes — putting him in the top 0.5 per cent of global fans.
He has listened to her Post Palone collaboration Fortnight 503 times since it was released back in April - putting him in the 0.001 per cent of listeners worldwide.
Meanwhile, Ellie clocked up 16,741 minutes of streaming time – which is pretty poor thanks to her obsession with Radio 2 – and is among the top three per cent of fans for NOFX.
