Teddi Mellencamp’s Halloween costume “didn’t age well” amid news of her alleged affair.
Sources told Page Six on Wednesday that the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum cheated on her husband, Edwin Arroyave, with a married horse trainer.
The man, whom the Daily Mail identified as Simon Schroeder, has allegedly been training her horse, Toad — which is the animal Mellencamp, 43, dressed up as for Halloween.
The former reality star posed in her blue onesie in an Instagram carousel featuring daughter Slate, 12, son Cruz, 10, and daughter Dove, 4, last month.
“A toad, a pumpkin, Ariel, and… a zombie footballer?!” she captioned the slideshow. “This definitely ain’t Disney! What are you naming this Halloween motley crew?”
Mellencamp’s followers have returned to the comments section since she and Schroeder made headlines to troll her.

“I need a pic of you dressed as a toad with Toad 🐸 🐎,” one social media user wrote.
Another added, “This doesn’t age well dressing up as Toad 🐸 when you f’ed Toads trainer.”
Mellencamp filed for divorce from Arroyave, 47, on Nov. 1 after 13 years of marriage and listed their date of separation as Oct. 20.
At the time, the Bravolebrity requested primary custody of their children.
Arroyave, who is also the father of a 15-year-old daughter named Isabella from a previous relationship, responded by filing for joint legal and physical custody.
This week, “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum Kelly Dodd claimed via Instagram that Mellencamp “cheated” and called her a “douchebag.”
Page Six subsequently reported that Schroeder’s wife is Mellencamp’s pal Karli Postel.
“Mellencamp and Schroeder were in Florida together for an equestrian event while Postel was in California in labor with their second child,” the insider alleged.
Mellencamp, Arroyave, Schroeder and Postel have yet to respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
