Teddi Mellencamp was slammed by fans for speaking about “cheating” spouses days before her own alleged affair with her married horse trainer was exposed.
The former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star shared a video from her “Popping Off” podcast Tuesday of herself and Emily Simpson speaking about Makenna Gibbons, a “swinging Mormon” TikTok star who claimed her husband, Brayden Rowley, cheated on her and told his job she had died.
Several fans criticized Mellencamp, 43, on X for speaking about other people’s affairs when she had her own marital woes.
“can we talk about your cheating rumors?” asked one user.
“How about digging into the #SecretLifeOfTeddiMellencamp. You really shouldn’t throw stones when you live in a glass house,” added another.
“Ooooh Teddi, seeking the accountability podcaster perspective, think we all be digging into the latest exhousewife headlines, and the secret lives of the stable life,” wrote a third person.
“Should we be digging into your cheating? Your boyfriend was cheating with you while his wife was giving birth. You are a nasty, nasty POS,” said a fourth fan.

Page Six reported Wednesday that Mellencamp allegedly cheated on her husband, Edwin Arroyave, with her married horse trainer, Simon Schroeder.
An insider told us the podcast host allegedly stepped out on the producer, 47, several times with Schroeder starting in May.
Mellencamp was also close friends with the trainer’s wife, Karli Postel.
A source told us that the former Bravolebrity and Schroeder were in Florida together for an equestrian event while Postel was in California in labor with their second child.
Our insider told us that when Schroeder returned to LA, Postel allegedly discovered inappropriate text messages between her husband and Mellencamp, which led to a heated public confrontation.
“They confessed. Teddi promised it would not happen again,” a source told the Daily Mail, adding that “Karli didn’t tell Edwin when she found out” because “she was willing to give Simon another chance.”
The outlet also reported that Postel learned last month that Schroeder and Mellencamp’s alleged sexual relationship not only continued but also became “emotional,” so she notified Arroyave.
Our insider said Mellencamp’s alleged entanglement with the trainer prompted her divorce from Arroyave.
Page Six reached out to Schroeder and Postel for comment but did not immediately hear back.
Mellencamp filed for divorce on Nov. 1 after 13 years of marriage.
She is seeking primary legal and physical custody of their three children — Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, 4 — and wants Arroyave to have “reasonable and frequent” visitation.
