While walking one of her own dogs, another dog was unleashed at the park and she went to âpetâ him.
Bronwyn says the dog âbit her behind the kneeâ and âeverything escalated from there.â
The RHOSLC explains how after being bitten behind her leg, she received another bite to the âother side of her calf, her other leg on the thigh,â as well as her âright arm.â
She adds: âI could not get him off.â
A bystander reportedly intervened and helped get the dog off the star.
In total, Bronwyn suffered 37 separate puncture wounds and had to go to the emergency room. She endured a hairline fracture on one of her arms and had to have stitches on her arm and leg.
RHOSLC star isnât pressing charges
Despite ending up hospitalized due to the dog attack, Bronwyn explained how she âfelt forâ the canine.
She reportedly later found out the unattended dog was one in foster care. The dogâs owner was taking a phone call at the time of the incident.
Bronwyn added how the dog also had medical issues that contributed to its behavior at the park.
The incident shook the Bravo star. She explains she âwas terrified of dogs for a long time afterward.â
She added how she didnât press charges following the attack and Todd paid for the dogâs treatment, as well as ensuring it was placed in a âproper homeâ and âbetter environment.â
She explained: ââŠthe most important thing to me is that the dog is doing well and Iâm doing well.â
