The Bachelor Nation family has grown by one more, as an alum from “The Bachelor” and “Bachelor in Paradise” just welcomed her second child. Emily Ferguson and her husband, professional hockey player Lars William Karlsson announced the arrival of their second son.
Lars Maxwell Karlsson Was Born on November 25
On November 26, Ferguson shared the baby news in an Instagram post. The first picture in the post showed Ferguson holding her newborn on her chest.
“Lars Maxwell Karlsson 🩵 (He will go by Maxwell) 11/25/24 at 8:20pm we became a family of 4,” Ferguson wrote.
She continued, “7lbs and 14 oz!! A big strong healthy boy just like his older brother Becks!”
Ferguson added, “We are so in love 🥰 it’s a dream come true to be growing our family and can’t wait for all the exciting adventures together that lie ahead!”
The new mom of two also posted the news via her Instagram Stories. “Our sweet Baby Boy made his debut on 11/25/24 and he is perfect and healthy as can be!!!”
In another Instagram Story, Ferguson reshared a post from a good friend of hers who is also a photographer.
Ferguson wrote, “So grateful for this bestie of mine who showed up to record videos and capture pics of this huge life moment!”
Bachelor Nation Flooded Ferguson With Love
A second Instagram post on Ferguson’s page contained a video of Beckham meeting Maxwell. She wrote, “They don’t understand yet but one day they will realize how lucky they are to have each other.”
Ferguson’s twin sister Haley, who also appeared on “The Bachelor” and “Bachelor in Paradise,” was quick to comment on both baby posts.
On the first post, she wrote, “MAXWELL!!! auntie loves you so much baby!!”
Her comment on the second post read, “The sweetest boy 🥹💙 lucky boys!”
Haley Ferguson and her husband, professional hockey player Oula Palve, welcomed their first child in April. Lovi Lavigne Palve arrived on April 27.
Several Bachelor Nation alums congratulated Ferguson on Maxwell’s arrival, as did many fans.
Astrid Loch, Kendall Long, Caila Quinn, and Ashley Iaconetti were among those “Bachelor in Paradise” veterans who wished the family well.
A fan commented, “Aaaaw so happy for you, congratulations! He’s so handsome!”
Another wrote, “I’m so happy for you guys!! What a thankful Thanksgiving gift!!! Love his name! Congratulations!”
Commenters on the video showing Beckham meeting Maxwell were charmed by Beckham’s little hug and the flowers he brought with him for the big moment.
