TOP celebrities with bumper bank balances are kicking off a trend - and it might spell bad news for their kids.
Famous faces including actor Daniel Craig and Dragon's Den star Sara Davies have told how they won't be leaving their whopping inheritance to their kids - with the James Bond star even admitting he finds the practise "distasteful."
Popstar Sting has also thrown his support behind the decision, which will see many a celeb omit their offspring from their will.
So as many top stars opt to step out of providing services deemed the bank of mum to their nepo-baby kids, we take a look at just who is taking a stand.
DANIEL CRAIG
The 007 star, 56, is known for liking his Martini shaken not stirred - and he's definitely shaking up family life in terms of finance.
The screen star is dad to daughter Ella, 32, with ex wife Fiona Loudon and a six-year-old daughter with Rachel Weisz.
He previously told how he won't leave any of his £116million fortune to his kids.
The Knives Out actor previously said he does not plan on passing all of his money to his kids, noting the example of industrialist Andrew Carnegie.
He said: “Isn’t there an old adage that if you die a rich person, you’ve failed?
"I think Carnegie gave away what in today’s money would be about $11billion. That shows how rich he was because I’ll bet he kept some of it too.
“I don’t want to leave great sums to the next generation. I think inheritance is quite distasteful.
"My philosophy is, get rid of it or give it away before you go.”

SARA DAVIES
The Dragon's Den and Strictly alum previously exclusively told The Sun the reason she won't leave her sons her £35million inheritance.
She is mum to two sons Oliver, 10, and Charlie, aged seven, with husband Simon.
In 2022, Sara, 40, explained that she told her parents she did not want any inheritance money after working hard for her own cash, and that she hoped her kids would "say the same to her".
Speaking exclusively to The Sun Online, the Dragons' Den star revealed she told her parents she didn't want any money from them.
Stars on their Inheritance and Net Worth
FAMOUS faces in the showbiz world are deciding against leaving their whopper inheritances to their kids.
This includes James Bond actor Daniel Craig who branded it "quite distasteful" to do so.
But who are the celebs who support this line of thinking, and what's their net worth?
- Daniel Craig: Estimated net worth of £116million - much of which he will not leave to his two daughters
- Sara Davies: Estimated net worth of £35million won't leave sons Oliver, 10, and Charlie, aged seven, with a huge cash sum
- Sting: Estimated net worth of £135million, and he admitted back in 2014 that he wouldn't leave his six children any of the money he had earned
- Nigella Lawson: London-born Nigella is worth a staggering estimated £15.7million and she has two kids
- Gordon Ramsay: A dad of six with an estimated net worth last year of £610million, with him reportedly taking home £90million each year.
- Ashton Kutcher: The Your Place Or Mine star is rumoured to have a net worth of £157million and has two kids
"I have sat down with both sets of parents and said, 'I really want you guys to not be working to have any inheritance for us," she said.
"The values you have given me are far more valuable than money, so I want you to spend that money and enjoy some extravagant holidays.
"That is me telling the generation up, and I would like to think I will bring my kids up to want to say the same thing to me. It would be a real measure of success if the kids grew up with that attitude.
"If my kids had a different attitude where they were banking on that inheritance, then I would be inclined to not want to give it."
She added: "It is really hard trying to strike that balance between wanting to give your kids everything that you didn’t have when you were younger but also wanting them to have the same values you had growing up.
"You don’t want them to be spoilt and growing up with a silver spoon in their mouth, but at the same time I don't want them to want for things that I wanted for."
STING
Rock legend Sting, 73, has an estimated net worth of £135million, admitted back in 2014 that he wouldn't leave his six children any of the money he had earned.
The Police frontman told how he didn't want to leave his three daughters and three sons trust funds that are "albatrosses round their necks."
At the time, he told the Mail on Sunday's Event magazine: "They have to work.
"All my kids know that and they rarely ask me for anything, which I appreciate. Obviously, if they were in trouble I would help them, but I've never really had to do that. They have this work ethic that makes them want to succeed on their own merit."
He added: "I told them there won't be much money left because we are spending it.
"We have a lot of commitments. What comes in we spend, and there isn't much left."
NIGELLA LAWSON
Super chef Nigella Lawson, 64, previously told how she isn't in favour of an inheritance.
She shares two children, Cosima, 30, and Bruno, 28, with ex husband John Diamond.
Previously, the Simply Nigella author told the Guardian: "I am determined that my children should have no financial security."
She told how she believed leaving the duo an inheritance would "ruin" them.
This was said, at the time, to be at odds with the view of her ex Charles Saatchi, who she said "believes that you should be able to leave money to your children."
According to Celebrity Net Worth, London-born Nigella is worth a staggering £15.7million.
GORDON RAMSAY
Gordon, 58, is a dad of six with an estimated net worth last year of £610million, with him reportedly taking home £90million each year.
His success comes from an empire of award-winning restaurants across the globe, as well as an incredible TV career.
The savvy businessman also boosts his bank balance through social media, as he can make up to £46K per sponsored post on Instagram.
In 2017, he revealed that he wouldn't be leaving a penny of his fortune to his children because he feared, like Nigella, it would ruin them.
Speaking to the Telegraph, Gordon, who according to reports has an estimated net worth of around £113million, said his children will have to make their own way in life.
"It's definitely not going to them, and that's not in a mean way; it's to not spoil them," he said.
"The only thing I've agreed with Tana is that they get a 25 per cent deposit on a flat, but not the whole flat."
ASHTON KUTCHER
The trend seems to have made its way across the pond, with US actor Ashton Kutcher also getting involved.
The actor, 46, shares two kids with actress wife Mila Kunis.
They have daughter Wyatt Isabelle, 10, and son Dimitri Portwood, seven, with the Your Place Or Mine star rumoured to have a net worth of £157million.
The pair previously told how they won't be setting up trust funds for the duo.
Ashton then said: "If my kids want to start a business, and they have a good business plan, I'll invest in it."
He reinforced to Dax Shepard's Armchair Expert podcast: "But they're not getting trusts."
