Hilary Duff and her husband Matthew Koma are stepping up for their friends amid the devastating Los Angeles wildfires.

On Monday, January 13, Mandy Moore's brother-in-law Griffin Goldsmith shared heartbreaking images on Instagram of the destruction of his home and surrounding areas during the ongoing wildfires, and how the former Disney Channel star and her husband helped out his family.

In part of the caption, he thanked Duff and Koma, both 37, for opening their home to his brother (and Moore's husband) Taylor Goldsmith's family, which includes Moore, 40, and their three children, Gus, 3, Oscar, 1, and 4-month-old Lou.

"They've taken care of my entire family from the moment this began," Griffin wrote, praising the couple's incredible generosity. "They are the most beautiful, selfless people we've ever known," he said, expressing his gratitude and also noting that the couple had also set up a GoFundMe for the family to help them recover from the destruction.

It's safe to say the couple's home is probably pretty full at the moment, as Duff and Koma have three children of their own: Banks, 6, Mae, 3, and Townes, 20 months. Duff also shares a 12-year-old son named Luca with ex Mike Comrie.

The wildfires, which began last week on Tuesday, January 7, after strong Santa Ana Winds ignited brush fires, forced thousands of people to evacuate, including Moore and her family. Moore shared on Thursday, January 9 that their home was severely damaged by the fire, with the main part still standing but uninhabitable.

Griffin also touched on the incredible loss he and his wife Caitlin Gerard have faced in his post. "We've lost everything. 8 years of memories made in our house. 20 years of gear," the musician stated, before revealing, " My wife @quintessentiallykit was applying the finishing touches to the nursery for our baby boy who's due in a few weeks."

As Moore and Taylor's family grapples with their losses, they are determined to rebuild and have pledged to support others impacted by the fires. Moore, too, has been asking her followers to donate to the GoFundMe campaign for Griffin's family, despite facing some backlash. She responded firmly, "No one is forcing you to do anything... Kindly F OFF."
